3 Mission and principles The general purpose of Ercros is the consolidation of a solid and longlasting industrial group, that contributes toward the wealth and wellbeing of the Company in response to the trust placed in it by its shareholders and which enable it to fully develop the personal and professional capacity of those who form a part of it. The action of Ercros, aimed at increasing the value of the Company, is guided by three basic principles: maximum security for its employees, neighbours and installations; absolute respect for the environment, and satisfying the needs of its clients and the total quality of its products.
