B UILDINGS PLANNING PERMISSION All the buildings in the price list are under 30 sq. m., so they should not need Buildings Regulations approval providing they are sited more than 1 m from any boundary. In most cases, planning permission for erection in your garden is not required, subject to the provisions of the Permitted Development Act.
