2 What you ll do ApexSQL in Serbia is a full-stack organization with jobs that span every competency. 3 How you ll do it Flexible schedule Your work day is how you design it. Are you an early bird or like to sleep late? Do you enjoy early afternoon walks or need to finish work when kids get home from school? Do you get more productive at night or always wrap up your work at 5 PM? No matter your style, we can accommodate it Flexible location If you like working in an office, we have 3, including one in Belgrade and two in Nis. We call our locations McDonalds offices because they are situated as close to the city center as possible. If you prefer to work at home, that is great too, as the majority of our employees either work exclusively or partly from home Self-managing teams All of our teams work based on Scrum methodology, where priorities are planned and set, then burned down as part of a few week sprint. Teams collaborate with other stakeholders to define the goals and priorities, and then manage the work themselves starting each day with a 15 minute daily stand up.
