INTRODUCTION TO HUMAN8TURE Bringing DIGNITY SECURITY HYGIENE to people around the world Human&ture What is human8ture? Human8ture is an eco friendly, economical, sustainable, non-flush toilet system that converts human waste into a vital product via natural processes Why?

Dreaming to make a difference We envision bringing dignity, security, hygiene and convenience into people s lives We value a sustainable world for future generations To create a cost effective toilet that uses appropriate ecological processes and materials that integrate into the lives of the families it serves. To do this at a price point below US$100, making it the most cost effective product available that delivers on the promise of dignity and hygiene for the people it serves Eco1Solutions Pte Ltd would focus on research, design and development of suitable solutions for the rural poor.
Summary What do we produce/offer? A cost effective UDDT toilet designed with appropriate human factors, biological natural process and materials Which and how many customers? The bottom of the pyramid, 2 billion people Who are we? An entrepreneur, a powerful idea, an experienced R&D team with a passion and a mission to make a difference. You can find our R&D team at
Highlights Sustainable Relies on the family unit and available resources Adpatable Lowest cost Yet relevant and functional. Human8ture Eco-friendly Useful by-products; Improve the habitat Country specific locailization is possible. Scalable License manufacturing & distribution
Product / Service
Product features Human8ture is a lightweight standalone product, built from eco-friendly, bio-degradable parts and can be produced in vast quantity meeting criteria for economies of scale and affordability; Human8ture does not try to resolve issues related to toxic waste from the mixture of urine and faeces and industrial waste. It simply eradicates that issue at source by directly separating the urine from the faeces; Human8ture does not require the presence of a sewage system; Human8ture requires no flush, no plumbing, no mechanical parts, no septic tank and is hygienic; Human8ture is almost odourless because faeces gets mixed with carbon composting material such as sawdust or coir, which prevents nitrogen gas from escaping. Because Human8ture is a stand-alone product it does not require a concrete floor to be built and / or brickbuilt outhouse, the cost of which is usually much greater than the cost of the original UDDT. (ref 6b)
Product Features Human8ture overcomes product resistance by pregnant women and the disabled or infirm due to its ability to be used as a conventional sit down toilet as well as a squat, as required. Human8ture is a plug & play system, which also makes it a vital product in emergency relief situations such as earthquakes or off-road military camp sites; Human8ture will be accompanied by a hard copy and online information system (mostly pictorial) that describes the product and how to install it, how to recycle humanure and urine, and will look at various case studies where Huma8ture is being used. Locals will also be educated in other areas of hygiene to improve the overall well being of the community. We also proposes to educate students in schools about good water sanitation, ecosan systems and the high value of both human by-products.
The Market Market At ECO1SOLUTIONS Pte Ltd, we have created a Urine Diversion Device Toilet (UDDT) Ecological Sanitary (eco-san) hygienic enclosed system that separates urine from faeces and allows the householder to recycle their resources into humus and Nitrate-Phosphorus-Potassium (NPK), which, when utilised properly can quadruple the size of crops, compared to those that are grown without NPK. Our product, Human8ture, immediately addresses the needs of over 600 million in India and 2 billion people globally. Our product immediately impacts the environment by not producing toxic waste and literally restores the balance of nature by returning vital ingredients to the soil. Our product will have a major impact on reducing government spending on health care brought about by poor hygiene standards.
