6 P R O C E S S I N G O F I N Q U I R I E S M O B I L I Z AT I O N O N S I T E Customers inquiries are processed by the Procurement & Offer Department. We have qualified engineers speaking fluent English and German, they elaborate offers by use of special Software Programs, such as: AutoCAD, E-plan, Microsoft Project, etc. Thanks to the prompt work organization, inquiries get feedback in an optimal timeframe. When an offer has been approved and a Contract Agreement undersigned, we are able to mobilize the required resources within 10 days - for smaller projects (8-10 workers), and within days - for larger projects (more than 30 workers). For major Projects we have the opportunity to hire additional workforce and to employ qualified staff from partner companies with whom we have gained positive experience.

Company is entitled to perform sites of all five construction groups: I - High-rise construction II - Transport infrastructure III - Power infrastructure IV - Public infrastructure & hydro construction V - Finishing works. 9 ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION We perform electrical installation, repair, and commissioning works in low-voltage, middle-voltage, and high-voltage switchgears - f r o m 0, 4 kv to 400 kv. Primary Commutation installation: circuit breakers, disconnectors, transformers, surge arresters, and complete distribution switchgears. Secondary Commutation installation: control panels, relay panels, auxiliary panels, capacitors, signalization systems and electrical metering systems. Substitution of MV and LV switchgears. Installation of busbar systems, insulation chains, lighting systems, earthing installations and lightning-protection. Erection of cable trays, laying and connection of power and control cables. Commissioning works.

10 CONTROL TESTS AND MEASURMENTS T h e I n s p e c t i o n b o d y of t y p e - C at EL KONTROL was formed in It is accredited to perform control tests and measurements under B D S EN I S O / I E C S t a n d a r d The Inspection body performs control tests of electrical parameters, tracing of cable lines, installation and set-up of relay protection, control of physical parameters. Fiber Optic Networks Design, installation and commissioning of fiber optic networks and lines. Supervision of projects for installation of fiber optic equipment. The Inspection body is equipped with high-class apparatuses and measuring devices including a m o b i l e l a b o r a t o r y enabling highvoltage measurements to be carried out right on the construction site.

We design and assemble electrical panels by use of software E-Plan and AutoCAD. We are able to provide competent technical consultations and smart engineering solutions to meet the Client s requirements. Panels are delivered with full technical documentation, quality certificates and test protocols. The electrical panels for Georgia were installed into E-houses and thus exported to construction site. PRODUCTION CAPACITY The time for assembly of a panel varies on its complexity. The average number of panels we assemble per year, is approximately 250. Company s production capacity is over 500 electrical panels annually. Currently, the workshop is loaded below its maximum capacity.

Work in 400 kv Substations is characterized to bear the highest complexity of all. EL KONTROL is one of the few electrical companies in Bulgaria involved in the construction and rehabilitation of s i x 400 kv S u b s t a t i o n s. 19 AREAS OF ACTIVITY M I N I N G E N T E R P R I S E S In Mining Enterprises we have implemented projects for construction and equipment of mobile substations, electrification of coal-handling facilities, modernization of substations and excavators. E L E C T R I C A L P O W E R P L A N T S EL KONTROL has taken part in the rehabilitation of electrical installations at Thermal Power Plants (TPP) and Flue Gas Desulphurization (FGD) Installations. We also service and maintain electrical and C&I installations at TPP. We have implemented projects for construction of Solar Parks, electrical installation of Wind farms and Cogeneration Plants. I N D U S T R I A L E N T E R P R I S E S For industrial enterprises we implement delivery and installation of electrical panels, rehabilitation of auxiliary switchgears, construction of cable trays, laying of cables, commissioning works, engineering of automation systems and maintenance of frequency drives.

20 AREAS OF ACTIVITY R A I L T R A N S P O R T In 2011 EKONTROL executed design and installation of SCADA System for eight railway stations, three Main Section Posts, and two Traction Substations (TS) situated along the railway track Sofia Kalotina/West. The SCADA system installed in 110/27 kv TS Voluyak enables automatic control and surveillance from the Substation, and remote control from the Dispatcher Center in Sofia. In 2017 EL KONTROL executed a Project for rehabilitation of two TS along the railway track Plovdiv Burgas. Project includes substitution of all the existing metal structures, 110 kv and 25 kv electrical equipment and cables. In addition, the MV power supply over-head lines between the TS and the contact network were substituted, approx. 18 km total length.

21 AREAS OF ACTIVITY O I L & G A S Since 2013 EL KONTROL executes EPC Contracts in LUKOIL Neftochim Burgas We took part in the Project for Construction of Heavy Residue Complex as Main Contractor of TECHNIP ITALY S.P.A. Implemented scope includes electrical installation activities, construction of Electrical Heat-Tracing, and commissioning works. EL KONTROL also implements contracts for rehabilitation of equipment and installations in accordance with the Maintenance Program of LUKOIL Neftochim Burgas.

22 PROJECTS ABROAD Since 2015 EL KONTROL implements construction works, electrical and C&I installation, delivery of electrical panels and equipment for projects outside Bulgaria N u c l e a r P o w e r P l a n t M o c h o v c e S l o v a k i a For this project EL KONTROL provided engineers and experts for quality inspection and quality control of cable installation and cable trays construction on site. S o l a r P a r k s U n i t e d K i n g d o m EL KONTROL completed electrical connection of cables at several Solar Parks near Northampton and Derby, and East Riding of Yorkshire County in the United Kingdom.

24 CURRENT PROJECTS 400/220/110 kv Substation Maritsa-iztok reconstruction of 110 kv Switchyard Reconstruction of 110 kv Switchyard at 220/110/20/10.5 kv Substation Karnobat Project for rehabilitation of the 110 kv Switchyard in Substation Karnobat has been performed since Awarded scope includes dismantle, construction and electrical installation works Primary and Secondary Commutation, repair of Control Building, construction of a new fence and roads. Construction of new 110 kv Cable Line Kiparis, from S/st Zagorka to S/stTrayana The new 110 kv cable line Kiparis is constructed between two urban Substations in the town of Stara Zagora, to continue an existing 110 kv overhead line. Construction started in 2017 and includes laying and installation of three-phase cable, fiber optic cable, backfilling of trenches, reconstruction of demolished roads, control measurements and tests.

25 COMPANY DEVELOPMENT In 2016 EL KONTROL founded a C o m p a n y B r a n c h i n G e r m a n y Paderborn Region EL KONTROL - Branch Germany EL KONTROL - Branch Germany is registered at the German Crafts Chamber Handwerkskammer. Purpose of the Branch is to facilitate implementation of Projects in Germany, and to simplify cooperation with local customers.
