2 What does a course entail? - The length and content of each Success Factors Module will be vast and vary. Each module assumes few proposed hours of study per day and it is strongly advised to schedule no other work during the course time as this impedes the ability to learn the content and pass the course. The length of each module is listed in text area of this . Do I need training? Can't I just learn on the Job? - Although this practice does occur with SAP HCM, but without taking the training it is not possible to see & practice SF software. In addition, there are many nuances to each solution that would not be known without taking SF training by Real-Time Corporate Ladder. Do we have Classroom training also? Yes, we have started Classroom training also as few people are eager to attend In-House training.
