Journal of Studies in International Education. Research Currently in Progress "A Longitudinal Study of Global Leadership Development in a Japanese MNC" (On-Going). This is a qualitative, longitudinal study of global leadership development in a Japanese MNC that tracks 15 managers in a 1-yr executive development program. In addition to a variety of psychological assessments, data from journals, quarterly coaching sessions and performance reports is being analyzed. Data analysis and write-up of the first group is currently underway, with a target for a draft manuscript by early 2013, with submission to the

9 Journal of International Business Studies slated for mid In addition, data gathering for the second group continues and should be completed by Fall "Global Leadership, Cognitive Epertise and Execution" (On-Going). This is part of an ongoing research project on cognitive expertise in global leadership. In this manuscript the focus is on the use of cognitive expertise in execution of behaviors. Completion of a draft manuscript is targeted for May " Translating Theory Into Practice to Develop Global Business Leaders," (On-Going). This is a academic and theoretical explanation of the pedagogical foundations and processes of the BSIB Program. It is targeted for Advances in Global Leadership.
