4 JOB DESCRIPTION Our data team is currently looking for a new colleague that would complete the team of 7 and would help us with everyday analytics/reporting challenges. Socialbakers is all about data and we are looking for someone who loves it the way we do! You will be able to develop on the most up to date technologies (AWS Redshift, cloud BI) solving interesting analytical problems. Suitable candidate should enjoy working with data and have 1-2 years of experience working with SQL language and data warehousing techniques (mainly data modelling). He or she should also be able to request data using APIs and have some knowledge of PHP (part of our data processing engine is written in this language) as this is required to fulfil ad-hoc reporting requests for which this role is responsible. He/she needs to be proactive in acquiring new knowledge and solving problems the data team faces. Previous experience with PostgreSQL, NoSQL databases (MongoDB), AWS Redshift, Pentaho PDI toolset and PHP is highly appreciated.

5 JOB DESCRIPTION KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Helping with delivering ad-hoc reporting both in-house as well as externally Participating on development and implementation of our DWH solution (example: implementing views containing complex business logic) Quickly learn all technologies required for delivery of our service Proactively help other team members when appropriate and on the other hand, seek support rather than trying to solve the problem on your own - communicate efficiently As mentioned above - fast learner and curious personality is a must.

6 JOB DESCRIPTION SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Very good technical background (statistical/mathematical/computer science) Knowledge of SQL databases and experience with OOP is a must Knowledge of PostgreSQL, AWS Redshift, Pentaho PDI, MPP DWH, ELTs, data modelling (with focus on DWH) PHP, JavaScript is a big advantage Willingness to learn new technologies and tools Organized way of working with focus on disciplined delivery (both time and budget wise) Good communicator and team player Very proactive approach in solving problems English language
