To assist The Pierce Partnership in their wider marketing activities. Part of The Pierce Partnership Group, we provide a range of web development and digital marketing services to clients operating on both a local and global scale including Expedia, Yellow Tail, Santa Rita and Electric Ireland to name a few. To meet the needs of our growing client base we are recruiting for a Digital Marketing Executive with experience in social media marketing and paid social advertising. This will include but not limited to planning, budgeting, proposals, pitches, meetings, and workshops where you will be required to detail social media and paid social advertising strategies to address client requirements working across multiple paid social advertising platforms. Conduct and submit social media and paid social advertising audits providing insight into the current and historic status of client activity. Contribute creatively in ideation sessions so that the content we output engages our client s audience. Execute the development and delivery of digital marketing activities, specifically social media and paid social advertising activities to achieve client objectives and target KPIs within allocated budget. Develop social media and paid social advertising plans and strategies executing these within the timescales specified or agreed with the client. Prepare and provide regular analysis and reporting to clients (weekly, monthly quarterly as appropriate) in person on via telephone/video conferencing in conjunction with the Account Management Team. Develop and deliver effective influencer marketing campaigns, working with micro and macro bloggers to create engaging content for clients. Work closely with the digital designers in the team to create engaging, on brand content for client s social media channels. Identify and share opportunities for increasing the value of our services to clients and for improving company profitability. Contribute positively to the overall Pierce Partnership web and social media presence when required. Page 3

4 Additional Accountabilities Provide assistance and support to other members of the team as may be necessary from time to time to meet customer demands. Establish excellent working relationships with team members within the agency and across the partnership and participate in TTL knowledge sharing workshops and events. Implement and maintain best practice in communication at all times with customers and colleagues. Keep up to date with what is happening in our industry and how this may affect your role. Provide regular structured feedback to enable constant improvement of service levels. Ensure that all work carried out is in line with the company s strive for continuous improvement. Personnel Specification Qualifications Essential Criteria Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing Communications or similar Englishrelated degree. Desirable Criteria Facebook Certified Professional Google AdWords Certified Other Digital Marketing Qualification Experience & Skills At least 2 years experience in a digital marketing role Agency Experience Social Media Experience of managing consumer facing and corporate social media accounts Active participant on main social networks Experience using Hubspot or similar marketing tools Experience working with the travel, food & drink industries Paid social advertising Experience executing results driven campaigns on paid social advertising platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn. Experience in communicating and creating content with Copy Clear and/or Drinkaware.co.uk in regulation in mind. Page 4

5 Blogger Outreach & Influencer Marketing Experience in outreach and working with bloggers on content collaborations, managing the relationship and monitoring success. Other Criteria Excellent creative English writing skills Experience in the use of social media analytics and insights, as well Google analytics and other website monitoring software Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Word, PowerPoint and Excel Able to communicate digital marketing concepts clearly and unambiguously Strives to keep up to date with the latest online developments and trends.
