4 JOB DESCRIPTION The Customer Program Manager is pro-active, expert point of technical reference for major Socialbakers customers, who works closely with client teams to provide guidance on product deployment and usage, and helps guarantee customer success with the products and services provided by Socialbakers. In this role, you would act as the technical success manager for the customer, advising on software configuration, workflow, and technical issues, as well as helping ensure seamless management of ongoing technology change, new product features, and new opportunitiesm, and maintaining a keen focus on maximizing business value and minimizing time to market. You might be also travelling to visit the clients (30-40% of time).

5 JOB DESCRIPTION KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain customer-specific deliverables lists and roadmaps, setting expectations, execution timing, and overall success Build customer program plans, translating product specifications into customer-specific recommendations and implementations Manage Customer configurations, understanding customerspecific setups and workflows, and related needs/dependencies Manage customer dependencies, ensuring that Socialbakers teams have access to whatever details are required from the customer Ensure a single, clear point of customer technical reference Work closely with Product Management, providing highresolution guidance and insights based on feature preferences and usage patterns learned from the customer Align stakeholders and development teams around common, measurable customer goals for specific projects and services

6 JOB DESCRIPTION SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Strong knowledge of Social Media Management Tools & Technologies and SaaS development & deployment Superb communication Skills, including the ability to handle and simplify complex situations, proven ability to manage virtual teams and execute fully on projects Extensive background in Customer Service and/or Product Management and proven ability to build & maintain long-term customer relationships Ability to maintain a strategic view of a commercial relationship, coupled with strong willingness to be hands-on with the customer when needed Strong technical skills, knowledge of development processes, strong organizational skills and the ability to deal with multiple stakeholders at different levels, natural arranger and enabler, with a passion for problem-solving Advanced level of English
