3 Page 2 of 7 1. Foreword "Together we build the future" - is BB Steel's slogan. It is our quality objective that our services always meet our customers expectations. BB-steel will work with customers, authorities and third parties in order to ensure that the services are conditioned and meet applicable requirements. In order to meet common European standards the quality management system is developed by specification level described in DS / EN , with the purpose to carry out statutory CE marking according to DS / EN for the manufacture of structural steel. The quality system apply to structures in export class EXC 1 and EXC 2 with the declaration method (method of choice) 1, 2, 3a and 3b of steel grades up to and including steel S355 (material group 1.1, 1.2 and 1.4), stainless austenitic (material group 8) and stainless austenitisk-ferritic (material group 10), aluminum up to and including material group 23, titanium and after welding processes 111 (electrode welding), 135 (MAG / CO2 welding) and 141 (TIG welding). Quality Objective BB-steel aims to design, produce and develop all welding tasks in a quality that satisfies customer expectations and comply with applicable regulatory requirements. 4. Quality Policy BB-steel will maintain a good reputation and image in the market and with customers through customer care, technical services and general information about the company and its products and opportunities. BB-steel will in the choice of market and customers, as well as for preparation of bids and implementation of orders make flexibility a keyword and a strong competitive advantage. BB-steel will through information and education provide employees with a good attitude to quality and quality work. BB-steel s quality management will be implemented with the least possible cost, but with the assurance that the final product has the quality agreed. BB-steel will ensure that the requirements of DS / EN and DS / EN are met and complied with. 3

EN quality standards for non preloaded bolts. 5.1 Capacity With a workshop of approximately 600 m2, we have the opportunity to perform virtually all tasks. There are crane capacity of '1 t' at about 25% of the area. We are therefore able to handle even very large objects, up to 20 meters in length. The quality system 7.1 General conditions The company has established a quality management system covering the following business areas: - Manufacture and assembly of steel structures, including all welding tasks. In connection with this, the following main processes are identified: - Processes concerning product creation - Cross- organization management processes (support processes). These overall processes are controlled through a number of procedures. It is determined in the individual procedures, how they are implemented. There are at appropriate places in the process flow ensured that there is monitoring, measurement and analysis of these processes. These are documented in S.001 Quality Activity Plan. It is guaranteed that the processes have the allocated necessary resources and information, and it is ensured that there is continuous improvement of the overall processes. 7.2 Documentation and system design General The quality system is documented in a quality manual (Qbog) this text. An overview of the procedures implemented for the system to work effectively, is available as an appendix to the quality manual. There is established an inventory of all the quality records made in accordance with applicable procedures and instructions. 5

7 Page 6 of System Design The quality control system is divided into 3 levels as follows: Level 1 Contains the quality manual - Qbog - this text. Level 2 Contains procedures developed based on the established policies. Level 3 Contains the quality system associated instructions, forms, and standars used internal and external. Procedures, forms and instructions are numbered by the quality manager System Development, broadcasting and maintenance The CEO is responsible for the development and ongoing maintenance of overall organizational specifications, which are approved by the CEO s initials. The CEO is responsible for maintenance of BB-steels procedures for welding, inspection, etc. These specifications are approved by the Director initials. Specifications and procedures are stored electronically in BB-steels computer system, with continuous backup. It is the CEO s responsiblity that the procedures in the electronic archive is updated in relation to the actual conditions. If an employee finds errors or deficiencies in the quality manual the CEO will be notified. The CEO is responsible for getting the quality manual revised when necessary and notify appropriate personnel about these changes. 6

Management responsibility and liabilities The top management has overall responsibility for the development and implementation of the quality system and ensuring the implementation of necessary continuous improvement to maintain system efficiency. The ongoing improvements implemented both through corrective action and preventive action. The top management is responsible for the establishment of a quality policy tailored to BBsteel s business purpose and that there is sufficient capacity and resources with the appropriate skills available to meet the agreed tasks. Delegated responsibility will be apparent from the established procedures, instructions, etc., i.e. who is responsible for what. The top management has appointed a member of the management team who have the responsibility and authority to ensure that procedures needed for the quality management system, are established, implemented and maintained. 9.
