They are key anchors for your engagement. Check off the values below you recognize as you reflected on your peaks and valleys. Integrity Clarity Mastery Productivity Order Meaningful work Self-Expression Self-Discipline Service toothers Health, Well being Nature Flexibility Reflection Fulfillment Excellence Giving Back Accountablity Fitness Commitment Trust Learning Choice Competence Growth Challenge Spontaneity Risk Creativity Achievement Love Simplicity Acceptance Privacy Fun Authenticity Relationships Adventure Balance Physical Health Recognition Faith Leadership Power Intimacy Community Beauty Change Wholeness Wisdom Independence Security Freedom Sharing Humor Travel Posperity Partnership Truth Compassion Success Peace of Mind Toys & Nice Things

Know Yourself & Your Brand 1. Know yourself: Assess your values, strengths, skills, interests, and preferred working environment. Developing a Distinctive, Unique Brand? To be more visible and attractive to sponsors, it is important to understand and leverage what makes us unique, distinct, and valuable. What did you identify as your unique brand that you wanted to develop? What part of your brand needs shoring up? If you sought feedback, what did you learn about your brand and where you need to focus? What do you really need to work on in terms of your brand? What steps can you take in the next days to enhance your brand?
2. Know how others see you: Ask for feedback from your manager and others to gain insights into your strengths and areas for development. 360 Mini Assessment Conduct your own mini assessment by selecting a combination of co-workers, associates within and outside of your team, your boss, and direct reports (if applicable). Ask them to respond to the following questions. Look for themes and trends. Where comfortable, follow-up with respondents to better understand those themes and trends. Start the process by responding to the questions yourself. What are some of my best strengths? What are some behaviors that sometimes get in the way of my effectiveness? What value do I bring to the team? What personal qualities do I have that make me a valued colleague? What do I need to work on to be an even more valued leader and colleague? As a team member I am owning it when As a team member I am not owning it when
Maximizing Mentoring and Sponsorship Based on our last session, we discussed the importance of sponsors and mentors. Hopefully in the last few months you have really focused in a new way on developing mentors and sponsors at work. Below please reflect on what you have done in terms of mentorship and sponsorship since our sessions in October. Specifically think about: Who are some new mentors and sponsors I am working on developing? What steps can I take to develop more mentorship and sponsorship? List your current Sponsors. How do they currently support you and how could you leverage that support? What are you specifically offering them in return? How can you step up your support?
List potential sponsors. What makes them a good fit for you and what can they specifically do to step up your career? What can you specifically offer them in return? What steps could you take to make more progress on mentorship and sponsorship in the next days?
