2 Package Content Thi reporting package contain a jut a few of the many report that could be ued to analye a 360 degree feedback urvey. It provide a ample of ome of the flexibility available within Profeional Quet. A brief decription of each of the report i provided below. Detailed Subject Review The detailed ubject review how in detail what every third party rated a particular ubject, and alo highlight the ubject' own repone. Thi allow a detailed analyi of a ubject' reult and allow eay comparion between the repone entered by all people reviewing a ubject (including the ubject themelve). Thi report i a good tarting point to get an overall feel for the repone entered by a review ubject and third partie. Initial concern, uch a a large dicrepancy between what a ubject i rating themelve and what third partie are rating them, can be immediately uncovered. While not being a graphical and "exy" a a number of other report, thi report doe provide a very concie "window" into the data that ha been collected for each review ubject. A ubject' elf-aement i not counted in the report reult - their rating i merely highlighted for eay comparion with other rating. Key feature of thi report include: A clear indication of the actual anwer given by the review ubject, and each third party An average rating for third partie The ability to optionally include comment 360 Degree Analyi Report The 360 Degree Analyi report i a powerful report howing at a glance how a review ubject' elf aement compare with that of their peer, manager and ubordinate. Coloured graph can be ued to highlight iue uch a poor rating, and large difference in opinion. Note that unlike ome of the other 360 degree feedback report, thi report only conider "third partie" a a group. Thi i not broken down further into individual relationhip type (peer, ubordinate etc.) Thi make the report concie and eay to undertand, but there may be circumtance where a more detailed report (uch a a Gap Analyi Report) may be required.
