5 Final Training Assessment Assessment Score Final Assessment: ON THE JOB TRAINING On the Job Training Phase 1 (Enter Name) will be assigned a teller drawer and begin performing transactions. All transactions performed will be supervised by a branch manager or lead teller and all checks must be approved prior to negotiation. The following tasks should be trained during this phase: Task Trained Proficient Notes Branch Hours Branch Security Procedures Opening Your Teller Drawer Organizing a Teller Drawer including bank facing your drawer, bundling cash and coins, and bait money/alarms Buying/Selling Cash to/from vault Buying/Selling Coin to/from vault Scanning Checks Teller Closing Procedures Ordering Checks Utilizing Event Tracker **On the Job trainer note: Please indicate when the task is trained AND when the new employee is able to perform the task with minimal assistance. (Enter Name) will graduate to Phase 2 when he/she and (enter manager name) are confident in (Enter Name) s ability to process transactions without assistance. An example of Phase 2 readiness is: appropriately processing common transactions without assistance or asking the supervising party questions.

6 Phase 1 should take approximately 5 days; however, the transition to Phase 2 should reflect (Enter Name) s progress. On-the-Job Trainer s Phase 1 Comments: On the Job Training Phase 2 (Enter Name) will begin performing transactions on his/her own. All checks over. The following tasks should be trained during this phase: Task Trained Proficient Notes Branch Opening Procedures ATM Deposits Night Drops Cash Advances Redeeming Bonds **On the Job trainer note: Please indicate when the task is trained AND when the new employee is able to perform the task with minimal assistance. (Enter Name) will graduate to Phase 2 when he/she and (enter manager name) are confident in (Enter Name) s ability to make appropriate check decisions when negotiating checks over $1,000 and can perform the Phase 2 tasks with assistance. An example of Phase 3 readiness is: making appropriate check hold decisions for checks over the threshold amount and performing the Phase 2 tasks with minimal assistance. Phase 2 should take approximately 2-3 weeks; however, graduating from Phase 2 should reflect (Enter Name) s progress.
