1 2017 Annual Benefit Report About One World Play Project One World Play Project is a social- impact company that creates ultra- durable products to enable play for all. Our purpose is to champion play in all its forms anywhere and everywhere. Our flagship product, the One World Futbol, never needs a pump and never goes flat. It s designed to withstand the toughest playing conditions in the world as well as your local playing field. To date, we ve delivered play to an estimated 60 million youth in 185 countries. Our Core Values We implement our core values across One World Play Project in all of our work. They are essential to who we are. 2 Being a Benefit Corporation In 2010, we chose to launch a business rather than a nonprofit, believing that only through business could we sustain our efforts over the years, enabling us to eventually go to scale and have a larger impact. We believe that to be truly sustainable, our core values and business practices must incorporate a commitment to the environment and the people we employ and serve. Although we ve been a Certified B- Corp since we launched in 2010, to demonstrate an even stronger commitment to our social mission, we elected in 2017 to convert our legal structure from an LLC to a California Benefit Corporation. Impact Assessment and Third Party Standard Our impact assessment was provided by Certified B Corporations and powered by B Labs. They evaluate a company s impact assessment based on a 200- point scale, with a minimum score of 80 required for a company to be eligible for B Lab Certification. One World Play Project has completed this assessment three times, in 2010, 2013, and During our latest assessment in 2016, we received an overall B score of 114, well above the median score of 55, and higher than our previous score of 107 in 2013.

5 Our Progress B Impact Report Scores Environment Workers Customers and Community Governance Environment Our products minimize waste because they are made of ultra durable materials. They last much longer than regular soccer balls, thus eliminating the need to fill landfills with deflated and broken balls. A single One World Futbol has the life span equivalent to hundreds of regular soccer balls One World Play Project maintains green practices by: o Conserving paper and printing on recycled materials when needed o Conserving electricity by using dim lights, turning lights off, and unplugging chargers and plugs from outlets when not in use We encourage the use of electric cars by providing a charge station to all employees Workers One World Play Project values a healthy work- life balance and we encourage all employees to do the same 100% of our employees are paid a living wage All full time employees receive 20 days of PTO per year, access to a 401(k) plan with 4% matching, and health, dental, and vision insurance One World Play Project offers flexibility to employees by allowing remote work and flexible working hours

6 Customers & Community Through our Buy One, Give One, Give One, and percentage of sales programs we donate balls to organizations and communities in need In 2017, we raised and donated over 1,300 One World Futbols to our Play Together campaign, which focused on supporting refugees in the United States and abroad To date, we ve delivered 2 million balls, impacting over 60 million children. Our banking services are provided by a local bank that is an independent, certified B Corporation We partner with other local certified B Corporations Governance One World Play Project is 60% female and 40% male 30% of the company is owned by individuals from underrepresented populations Large shareholders who own more than 5% of the corporation include Mal Warwick, Lisa Tarver, and Tim Jahnigen Statement from the Board of Directors In 2017, One World Play Project reincorporated in the State of California as a Benefit Corporation. The Board of Directors has reviewed One World Play Project s operations and impact assessment. They hereby confirm that during the year of 2017 the corporation successfully fulfilled its general public benefit purpose as a California Benefit Corporation Goals In 2018, we would like to strengthen our commitment to the values and principles that make us a B Corporation. We will continue to expand our impact by bringing play to individuals and communities worldwide, supporting the professional growth and satisfaction of our employees and helping reduce waste by replacing ordinary soccer balls that end up quickly in landfill with our ultra- durable One World Futbols.
