7 Doc ID No: RFB version 1 Page: 7 of LMP Replacement Door and Lids Plan A replacement door plan shall be developed to replace any damaged or missing transformer base doors, luminaire pole door, and median wall junction box lids. The coverage area will be on a district wide basis. This plan shall be submitted to the Contract Manager two (2) months after the work order is issued. The Contractor shall submit details of what sizes and types of transformer base doors, luminaire pole doors, and median junction box lids (including samples of each type of transformer door necessary or detailed drawings) that he will need so that the Contract Manager can provide/purchase the correct doors. This item includes all equipment, labor and electrician supervisor hours needed to perform these tasks. Labor and equipment hours (items 1-16) shall not be billed for the development of the replacement door plan. 24 Install Door and Lids for 1.00 LMP Replacement Plan When doors are supplied by the Cabinet, the Contractor shall install the doors within two months of receiving the work order. The coverage area will be on a district wide basis. This item includes all equipment, labor and electrician supervisor hours needed to perform these tasks. Labor and equipment hours (items 1-16) shall not be billed for the development of the install door for replacement door plan HR On-Call A maximum hourly rate has been set for this line item. The unit price shall not exceed $ This item shall be the price for the contractor to put one electrician on-call per hour. On-call status requires that this individual be present in the district. All expenses such as hotel and meals shall be incidental. This contract requires two electricians be present if the contract manager puts the contractor on-call.
