Endeavour Foundation occupies a unique position as one of the largest, longest serving independent disability support providers in Australia and is known for taking a strong public position on issues of importance to people with intellectual disability and families. With a mission to make possibilities a reality, Endeavour Foundation partners with people with a disability at home, in daily life, at work, in social and community participation, and relationships and independence. Endeavour Foundation s 2,500 staff support more than 4,000 people with a disability. Its 280 service locations are spread from North Queensland to the southern coast of Victoria, almost 3,000km away.
