1 Assistant venue media manager Media Operations Media Manager The purpose of Assistant Media Manager is to assist the Media Manager with the delivery of services within the including the: Operations of the Media Centre; Media Conference Room; Media Tribunes and Mixed Zone; Media Team. The key responsibilities of the Assistant Media Manager are to: Assist with the management of media volunteer team consisting of Photographer Assistant and Media Services Assistant/s; Assist with the management of the Media Centre, ensuring customer service levels are maintained at a high standard with the distribution of relevant information and prompt response to media requests; Coordinate the allocation and distribution of media bibs to accredited photographers; Conduct the photographers briefing pre-games; Manage the on and off field positions of accredited photographers; Manage the photographers room and act as primary contact for photographers on venue; Coordination of Photographer equipment storage areas where applicable; Coordination of media work spaces including the mixed zone; Coordination of media activities and the flow of operational information; Other duties as required. The Assistant Media Manager is likely to demonstrate the following attributes: Ability to coordinate a team and lead effectively; Excellent communication skills with superior written and verbal skills Professional manner and presentation; Ability to work calmly under pressure; Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment; Outstanding problem solving skills; Shows initiative and able to make things happen.

2 BALL PERSON COORDINATOR Football Operations Football Operations Manager The purpose of the Ball Person Coordinator is to manage the team of Ball Persons before and during the match ensuring the team are aware of their positions, their duties and able to perform their role of managing the official match balls off the field effectively. The key responsibilities of the Ball Person Coordinator are to: Manage the team of Ball Persons before, during and after the match; Ensure the Ball Person protocol standards are met by the team of appointed Ball Persons; Allocate the team to the appropriate locations; Support the team with ball retrieval when Ensure the team are adequately hydrated; Ensure team welfare at all times. The Ball Person Coordinator is likely to demonstrate the following attributes: Ability to provide clear instructions and support to the team of Ball Persons; Ability to work with and manage children. Must complete a Working with Children Check for their relevant state; Ability to maintain the welfare of the young team at all times; Good communication skills for interactions with crowds when resolving ball retrieval issues.

3 DIGITAL SERVICES Digital Social Media Manager The purpose of the Digital and Social Media team is to promote and support the communications and marketing strategy for the tournament in the lead up to and during the event. The Digital Services Assistant will assist the Digital & Social Media team in the delivery of these services on match days. The key responsibilities of the Digital Services Assistant are to: Provide high level support to the Digital & Social Media team on tournament match days; Provide the Digital & Social Media team with relevant information and respond to requests as Assist with the set up and pack down of work spaces including the digital match centre, photographers room and other related facilities; Assist in the uploading and downloading of match day images, vision and other collateral to websites or other platforms as instructed; Assist in the generation of digital & social media content as instructed, this may include taking photos and vision on mobile devises; Other duties as required. The Digital Services Assistant is likely to demonstrate the following attributes: Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate as Excellent customer service skills; Excellent communication skills with demonstrated experience with social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram & Snapchat; Professional manner and presentation; Ability to work calmly under pressure; Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment.

4 EVENT OPERATIONS Operations Event Operations Coordinator The purpose of the Event Operations team is to ensure the successful planning and coordination of each match, integration with venue management, broadcast and contractors. The key responsibilities of the Event Operations Assistant are to: Assist the Event Operations Team with a broad range of tasks including correspondence, spreadsheet maintenance, parking lists and compilation of any required documents; Provide support to the Event Operations Team including; logistics, precinct management, resupply, equipment set up and pulldown, and managing inventory in RLWC storage and event spaces; Liaise with venue team members and stadium representatives as Provide support to the venue teams as required. The Event Operations Assistant is likely to demonstrate the following attributes: Highly organised, efficient and can multi-task; Reliable, committed and has the flexibility to work varied rostered hours; Can quickly learn and adapt to new situations; Can comfortably and tactfully resolve conflict; Excellent communication skills; Can identify problems and proactively source solutions to complete tasks; Methodical and can effectively manage their time and complete priorities in order to meet deadlines; Thrives in a team environment.

5 FOOTBALL OPERATIONS Football Operations Football Operations Coordinator The purpose of the Football Operations team is to facilitate and deliver the football operations services at matches and training venues to support the activities and schedules of teams and match officials. The key responsibilities of the Football Operations Assistant are to: Support the Football Operations Team in the running of the competition area on Match Days; Ensure that match day requirements in team areas and the field of play are prepared as per Operational Plans and the Competition Regulations; Assist the Football Operations Coordinator during match time with follow up/resolution of any issues on Field of Play or Stadium; Act as a liaison for relevant Competitions staff at the stadium on Match Day; Oversee the Youth Program operations for the match; Facilitate the catering for Youth Program; Teams and Match Officials; Starting List collection, printing and distribution. The Football Operations Assistant is likely to demonstrate the following attributes: Is highly organised, efficient and can multi-task; Is reliable, committed and has the flexibility to work varied rostered hours; Ability to work with and manage children. The key responsibilities of the Media Services Assistant are to: Provide excellent customer service to attending media, distribute relevant information and facilitate media requests as Assist Media Manager with media accreditation as Set up and maintenance of media work spaces including media centre, broadcast boxes, mixed zone and press conferences; Communicate media activities, manage message boards and the flow of operational information to relevant parties; Other duties as required. The Media Services Assistant is likely to demonstrate the following attributes: Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate as Excellent customer service skills; Excellent communication skills with strong written and verbal skills; Professional manner and presentation; Ability to work calmly under pressure; Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment; Outstanding problem solving skills; Shows initiative and able to make things happen.

7 Photographer s assistant Media Operations Media Manager & Assistant Media Manager The purpose of the Photographer s Assistant is to assist the venue media team in managing the photographers working on a tournament match days. The key responsibilities of the Photographer s Assistant are to: Assist with the management of photographers in the different areas of the venue; Set up and pack down of media areas including the Photographers room; Distribute media bibs to accredited photographers and assist in the management of their on and off field positions; Assist with equipment storage as Assist in the communication of media activities and the flow of operational information to relevant parties; Other duties as required. 8 VIP Protocol VIP Manager The purpose of the VIP and corporate hospitality program is to ensure all VIP and corporate guests enjoy a high level of service during a match and have an outstanding match day experience. The key responsibilities of the VIP Assistant are to: Assist in the preparation of hospitality and VIP areas; Meet and greet VIP and corporate guests; Assist in directing and escorting guests to and from seats and designated areas; Register guests and distribute name badges at collection points upon arrival, ensuring all guests are appropriately accredited for entry to VIP and hospitality areas; Distribute programs, gifts and other items as Assist with guest enquiries; Assist with administrative tasks as required. The VIP Assistant is likely to demonstrate the following attributes: Excellent communication skills; Excellent Customer Service skills; Polite, articulate, courteous and discreet; Awareness of political, commercial and cultural sensitivities; Able to resolve issues in a professional manner; Able to work effectively under pressure; Thrives in a team environment.

9 Welcoming & wayfinding Operations Event Operations Coordinator The purpose of the Welcoming and Wayfinding Assistants is to welcome and instruct spectators upon arrival and during a tournament match. The key responsibilities of the Welcoming and Wayfinding Assistant are to: Meet and Greet spectators in a friendly and informative manner; Communicate spectator messages and give directions as Report any issues with wayfinding signage and ensure signage information is accurate; Answer spectator enquiries as accurately as possible. The Welcoming and Wayfinding Assistant is likely to demonstrate the following attributes: Excellent communication skills; Excellent Customer Service skills; Confident, enthusiastic and friendly manner; Ability to engage with large groups or crowds of people; Thrives in a team environment.

10 Workforce operations Workforce Workforce Operations Coordinator Workforce Operations is responsible for managing shift requirements and ensuring that staff, volunteers, interns and contractors are able to perform their duties during any given shift. The Workforce FA will identify workforce, address HR issues, record attendance for scheduled shifts and issue meal entitlements to the appropriate staff during an event. The key responsibilities of the Workforce Operations Assistant are to: Provide administrative support and scheduling assistance to the Workforce Operations Coordinator; Provide customer service and motivation to staff checking-in and on shift for an event; Assist in processing workforce check-in and meal allocation using the information management system/ database; Send communications to workforce at the request of the Workforce Manager; Respond to Workforce enquiries via phone and ; Maintain workforce operational spaces on venue; Provide motivational support and assist with the implementation of retention and recognition plans; Other duties as required.
