1 1. Introduction HireIQ is pleased to introduce several new features and enhancements to its innovative virtual interviewing solution, InterviewIQ. This document is intended to provide an overview of the more significant new features and enhancements. These enhancements are available for all customers effective Thursday, August 8 th, Should you have any questions about InterviewIQ, please open a support ticket by clicking on the Help link from within the InterviewIQ application or by e- mailing Support at support@hireiqinc.com. You can also find several other helpful documents under Tips and Tricks on the HireIQ support page. 2. New Features A. EEOC Assessment HireIQ now offers an EEOC (Equal Employment Opportunity Coalition) assessment that allows clients to gather data about their candidates. This survey is multiple choice and while it is required if included, the candidates are provided with the choice option of Prefer not to answer. A message is also displayed to the candidates that all responses are anonymous. (The data collected in this survey will soon be available thru the Report Builder in the near future.) To add this assessment/survey to your position please follow these steps:

2 1. Select the Assessments tab on the left side panel on the position configuration screen 2. Select Add Assessment in the top right corner 3. Select EEOC Assessment from the available assessments list 4. Please note that you must click save to access configuration 5. Click Save 6. Click Configure 7. Select your Locale (currently USA is the only available option) 8. Click Save 9. Users will be taken back to the Assessment configuration tab where they can choose to add additional assessment and/or SAVE the selections made.

3 B. Survey Assessment Along with new EEOC Assessment, we ve also created the opportunity for users to be able to customize their own survey to collect anonymous data about their candidates. This is a great opportunity for an entrance or exit interview to learn more about your candidate s experience. To add this assessment/survey to your position please follow these steps while configuring your position:

4 1. Select the Assessments tab on the left in the position configuration screen 2. Select Add Assessment in the top right corner 3. Select Survey Assessment from the available assessments list 4. Please note that you must click save to access configuration. 5. Click Configure 6. Select whether you would like to create you own question or chose from another position along with the preferred response type 7. Click Save 8. Confirm that both answers are checked as a Knockout Pass Value ensuring that all candidates are able to provide details without being auto declined. 9. Click Save 10. Users will be directed back to list of added questions where they can choose to add additional questions or simply SAVE their selections

5 C. Feedback Form Updates The Feedback Form can now be created directly from the Hired Tab of candidates OR from the Search results page of used Labels. Below are additional updates and instructions to these new options: 1. Labels Users are now able to add labels or tags to each candidate from the candidate detail page. This will allow for additional search options, organizing candidates, as well as assisting with populating the Feedback Form i.e. a specific trainers name, hire date, etc. To add a label on candidate, you can do so by simply typing in the desired label here on the candidate detail page: We also offer the ability to add or apply a Label to a bulk list of Advanced candidates at one time:

6 1. Select the Advanced Tab on the position details page 2. Check the box for all candidates you would like to Label 3. Click Label 4. Enter in the desired Label 5. Click Add all selected candidates will now have the indicated Label attached to their profile To search for Labels, select the position you would like to search in and follow the steps below:

7 1. From the position detail page, click Search in the top right 2. Scroll to the Label field towards the lower portion of the page and enter in the label you would like to search for. When typing in the Label you would like to search for, the system will auto- populate any Labels currently being used. 3. Click Search 4. Search results will be displayed below 2. Populating Feedback Forms From the search results above, Admin users can now kick off a feedback form to only include only selected candidates. This will allow for only the candidates assigned to a specific reviewer, for example, to be included on the form making the feedback process more efficient and easier for all.

8 1. Select the candidates you would like to add to a Feedback Form by clicking the checkbox to the left of their name 2. Click Feedback 3. Select to either create a new Feedback Form or choose an existing form you would like to add the candidates to 4. Once your selection is made you will be directed to the Feedback Tab which is also accessible from the Manage Tab from the top of the Admins screen. Open: directs you to the feedback form Edit: allows you to edit both the name of the form and the reviewers address Delete: allows you to delete the selected feedback form Admin users can also produce the Feedback from the HIRED tab under any and all positions by selecting the candidates and following the same steps above once they ve been selected.

9 Once the Feedback form is created, users will have the opportunity to: 1. Indicate if and when a candidate has been terminated by checking the box to the right of their name 2. Select a customizable termination reason 3. Select/Change the candidates tenure date 4. Provide a star rating for that tenure period 5. Always remember click SAVE after any changes are made

10 Please note the following: 1. The Feedback Form will prepopulate the correct rating tenure period according to their hired date. 2. The Feedback Form is now sortable by the Completed date by clicking on the Completed At column header. 3. Previous star ratings can be viewed by clicking on the arrows placed on either side of the stars under the ratings column. D. Report Builder Updates Users are now able to the results of created reports to multiple team members directly from the system. This creates a quick and easy way to share information between colleagues. Once a report has been created and you click RUN, you ll receive the following pop- up where you are able to include additional addresses of those you would like to receive the results in addition to yourself.

11 After clicking run on the above pop- up, users will be redirected to the list of created and previously ran reports where they will also have the ability to directly download the report from the system. E. Taleo Integration For those clients who are currently taking advantage of the HireIQ/Taleo integration capabilities, we ve implemented a few great features to improve the workflow process. A. Taleo Configuration Tab Previously, users were unable to configure their HireIQ position to connect with their requisition in Taleo themselves. You now have the ability to configure the connection between the two systems thru the position configuration page in the HireIQ System by following the steps below.

12 1. Select the Taleo configuration tab (only present if you are a Taleo customer.) 2. Enter in the provided TaleoID from the Taleo system. 3. Select if you would like to require that candidates must be reviewed and rated before being marked complete in Taleo. 4. The code and description listed should be provided to Taleo to connect the requisition with this position. 5. Click Save. B. Taleo Packages Previously the relationship between Taleo requisition s and HireIQ positions was a 1:1 relationship. Every requisition created in Taleo required a new position to be created in HireIQ. We ve implemented a new feature that will display a HireIQ position as a selectable Package in Taleo so that users are able to associate a HireIQ position with multiple Taleo requisition s without having to create new positions each time. The majority of this configuration is done thru Taleo system and only requires a one time set up of the position, created normally, in HireIQ that will then be used as the Package in Taleo. Please note that while this information is only specific to our Taleo Customers, we are able and willing to integrate with many ATS s.
