3 NGPL Upcoming Maintenance SEGMENT 4 - M&M LINE (CS 159) METER MAINTENANCE On gas day Monday, October 17, 2016, and continuing through gas day Saturday, October 22, 2016, Natural will be installing a meter on the M&M Line near Compressor Station 159 located in Woodward County, Oklahoma (Segment 4 of Natural s Midcontinent Zone). The following location will be shut in for the duration of this outage. PIN Bell Kinley Ruttman #1-12 Wood Other than the location listed above, Natural does not anticipate that this work will impact shippers. 3

5 MEP Upcoming Maintenance VICKSBURG CS (MEP 4) SEGMENT 210 UNIT MAINTENANCE On gas day Wednesday, October 12, 2016, and continuing through gas day Wednesday, October 26, 2016, MEP will be performing unit maintenance on all compressor units at the Vicksburg Compressor Station (MEP 4) located in Hinds County, Mississippi (Zone 2). MEP does not anticipate that this work will impact shippers. 5

6 NGPL Segment 1 ABANDONMENT OF SEGMENT 1 FACILITIES COMPLETE On October 3, 2016, Natural abandoned by sale to Devon Gas Services, L.P. its Segment 1 Facilities located in Wise and Montague Counties, Texas and Love and Carter Counties, Oklahoma as authorized in Docket No. CP For additional information about continued service to Natural s Love County Lateral, please see Natural s notice entitled Abandonment of Segment 1 Facilities Love County Lateral posted on September 22,

7 NGPL Segment 1 Effective November 1, 2016, Natural will no longer operate Segment 1 with the exception of the Love county lateral located in Segment 1. All locations on the Love lateral will become part of Segment 15 on Natural s TEXOK Zone. Flow into / out of the Love county lateral will happen in Johnston county, Oklahoma. Former Cumberland location (LOC 46433) is no longer available, shippers should nominate LOC Carrera Madill plant. 7

8 NGPL Segment 1 Impact to scheduling of the locations on the Love lateral Locations are now in TXOK on Gulf Coast leg vs. located in the Midcontinent zone on the Amarillo leg. Transports from Midcontinent pool will have to flow through Segment 15 to get to the Love lateral. Transports from the TXOK Pool (LOC 10560) will flow backhaul into Segment 17, then Segment 15 and into Love lateral. 8

Before Confirming a Bid Check: - Bid Detail review rate information / edit bidder contact. - Offer Information review offer details / can navigate to Offer Segments to view contractual path of release. If confirming an offer with no open season the customer will have the new/awarded contract number once the process is complete. 24

27 CAPACITY RELEASE AWARDING PROCEDURES - DART Capacity release offers that provide for an open season must be awarded at the close of the open season. Offers are systematically evaluated and awarded by DART. The award process creates a new contract for the winning bidder/s and reduces the releasing contract by the terms specified in the offer. Timelines: (Central Clock Time on a business day): 9:00am Start of all open seasons 10:00am End of all open seasons & bid evaluation period begins 11:00am Bid evaluation ends; Award is due if not prearranged 11:30am Match response due from prearranged party 12:00pm Award due for prearranged offers 27
