2 General / Functional scheme General description Dosing tank stations are designed for storing and dosing liquid chemicals. They can be configured with the type key on page 3 and are able to fulfill a variety of dosing tasks. Thanks to the use of high-quality materials, dosing tank stations can be applied universally for many dosing liquids the material selection can be adapted with the configuration. Components and characteristics: Behälter-Dosierstationen können aus folgenden Baugruppen zusammengesetzt sein: Chemically resistant tank (1) made of UV-stabilised, semi-transparent or black polyethylene, in 6 sizes from 75 to 1000 litres, sintered bushings or adapter plate for installation of a dosing pump, stamped liter graduation, PE screw cover Catchment tray (2) made of PE, in different sizes for tanks of 75 to 1000 litres Hand mixer or electric agitator (3) with level switch (4) Flexible or rigid suction line (5) made of PVC or PP, with foot valve and 2-step level switch for switch-off in connection with separate control Injection unit (6) made of PVC or PP with G 1/2 screw-in thread 10 m of discharge line (7) made of PE or PVC Drain valve (8) Filling armature (9) Multifunction valve (10) Prepared for the installation of a dosing pump: bushings and adapter plate (if necessary), including mounting parts. Dosing pumps (11) are not included in a standard delivery. They can be selected according to the requirements from the ranges DMS, DMX, DMI, DME and DDI, and have to be ordered separately.
