(Numbers between 2 and 999 are possible.) 3 When "2" is selected on screen and the "confirm" button is pressed, the screen changes to screen. On this screen, it is indicated that tray units can be fed 16 times with batch number: 2. If at any point you decide to change the batch number, you can press the "batch select" button on screen to return to batch select screen. Construction of "PAS" Robot Worker Demo Line Suggestions for improving distribution productivity via PAS At HOKUSHO, in an attempt to automate some of the various tasks performed by our "PAS" Piece Assorting System, developed in October 1996, we positioned robots to permanently stand by the feeding conveyor, and constructed an auto-feeding demo line at our Hakusan Factory. PAS Air Tray increases performance by placing items of the same product onto the square markers in the center of the feeding belt conveyor so that multiple items can be fed at once. Also, by incorporating a weight checker, feeding errors can be detected, thereby preventing delivery errors.
