9 CERTIFICATION PROGRESS SWC shall initially review the client enquiry and send them a questionnaire for their completion. Based on the completed questionnaire from the client SWC will take a decision for certification, for which a quote will be sent to the client for 3 years of certification period. SWC will identify, analyze and document the possibilities for conflict of interests arising from provision of certification including any conflicts arising from its relationships via an FMEA risk assessment matrix and risk assessment procedure. Having relationships does not necessarily present SWC with a conflict of interest, However, if any relationship creates a threat to impartiality, SWC will document and be able to demonstrate how it eliminates or minimizes such threats. This information will be made available to the committee specified in 6.2. The demonstration will cover all potential sources of conflict of interests that are identified, weather they arise from within SWC or from the activities of other persons,bodies or organizations and will be demonstrated in an FMEA risk assessment matrix.
