4 TADMUR Contracting & Trading Est. was established in 1985 in the state of Qatar. Since then, Tadmur has emerged as one of the leading companies in contracting and trading. Tadmur has been a pioneer in Qatar s development and in the growing infrastructure and industrial fields. The Steady and Consistent growth and Diversification of operations gave Tadmur a solid step in the various aspects of the market including Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Industrial Engineering and Construction. Tadmur has a large portfolio of successful completed projects with more than One Billion Qatari Riyals annual turnover, over the last two decades Tadmur has built its reputation by delivering quality, safe and timely completion of projects covering wide range of industries. Tadmur Team consists of more than 6,500 employees, highly qualified project managers, design engineers, construction engineers, sales engineers, service engineers, Administrative staff, Finance, IT, skilled technicians, electricians, labors etc. Due to its continuous growth and progressive services. Tadmur has developed its skills and expanded its operations to meet the challenges of the fast growing market. Today, Tadmur has grouped its operations into a Group of a Holding Company and several Subsidiary Companies based on the study performed by a reputed management consultant KPMG that focused on factors such as: specialization based on field of activities including markets/industries in which the establishment operates and serves its customers, the synergies existing amongst these divisions and improving operational efficiency, it was ascertained that the existing business operations of the establishment be entirely transferred to several subsidiaries as outlined in the attached letter from KMPG (Advisory Consultant) and The Law Offices of Sultan M. Al-Abdullah. The company maintains four buildings offices, huge workshop, two showrooms with a total area of 656 square meters and three large warehouses at industrial area with excellent storage and material handling facilities and a covered area of about 7000 square meters. This includes temperature controlled storage. TADMUR has its own machinery and equipment Division to cater for all maintenance, servicing and repairing of its own Machines, tools, equipments and vehicles. 5 ROOTS ENERGY & ENGINEERING SERVICES As a part of the restructuring exercise carried out by a reputed management consultant KPMG, two existing divisions: TEIC- Tadmur Electrical and Industrial Controls Division that is fully dedicated to serve the Oil & Gas sector in Qatar and ICM- Industrial Contracting & Maintenance Division that is fully dedicated to the infrastructure and environmental sector in Qatar, both are merged to form a new subsidiary of Tadmur called ROOTS Energy & Engineering Services W.L.L that is focused entirely on the energy sector in Qatar, providing Contracting & technical services and combining the strength of both organizations and Delivering the same services on which we built our reputation with our clients. ROOTS provides wide range of engineering, procurement and construction services in the Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation and Controls disciplines and is well positioned as an EPC contractor to carry out Projects and Maintenance Services related to Energy and Power industries, this includes: Being an approved Contractor in Qatar Petroleum, Rasgas, Kahrama and PWA, ROOTS stands a turnkey solution provider related to pumping stations, substations, ring mains, vessels, compressors and associated instrumentation & controls, Water and sewage treatment plants, industrial controls related to S/S Electrical Systems, S/S Automation, PLCs, SCADA, RTUs, F&G and system integration. Moreover, electromechanical works including repairs & replacement, modifications and upgrading are also undertaken. The maintenance section in ROOTS offers operation & maintenance contract facility for all electro-mechanical & instrumentation works, the division operates Comprehensive workshop and machine shop facility to assist with its construction activities. Project Execution and Construction activities are managed by qualified project managers who pay special attention to Safety and Quality by creating safe working environment and implementing an approved quality system.

8 ROOTS provides engineering, procurement and construction services in the Oil and Gas, Infrastructure and Power Sector covering Mechanical, Structural, Piping, Electrical and Instrumentation Works. to fully fledged Construction Execution including Installation, Testing and Commissioning Services. ROOTS stands as EPC Contractor and is specialized in the following sectors: The services range from world class Project Management, Project Planning, and Procurement The Project Services are available on modular-type requirements and can provide tailor-made solutions attuned to the needs of each client. ROOTS provides a construction management team staffed with highly skilled personnel to supervise the workforce consigned to the construction, installation and commissioning activities. ROOTS guarantees that QUALITY and SAFETY is in the forefront of all its initiatives and is embedded in its culture and activities. ROOTS has already established a Safety Organization and Safety Management System to cover the full cycle of safety and accident prevention, and the company is complying with ISO 9001:2008, ensuring that QUALITY is planned, built into products and services and verified through reviews, inspections and testing.

10 In compliance with ISO 9001:2008, and our corporate Policy statement on quality, TADMUR/ ROOTS management is committed to adopt the Quality requirements during the execution of all phases of the Project executed by TADMUR/ROOTS. Customer Focus The aim of the Quality Management Systems is to ensure that all contractual and specification requirements are met for the project executed by TADMUR/ ROOTS and to achieve a reliable system of management concerning all activities. Self Positioning TQM Process Approach The Quality Management Systems is applicable to the projects executed by TADMUR/ROOTS including design, development, procurement, installation, testing, commissioning training and servicing. People Focus Our Quality Assurance and Quality Control department is independent from the other departments of the company and is headed by the QA/ QC Manager. Furthermore, the QA/QC Manager reports directly to the General Manager of the company. It is our belief that the achievement of the Quality requirements is the responsibility of all personnel involved in the project execution not solely that of QA/QC personnel. TADMUR/ROOTS is an ISO 9001:2008 certified company. The QA/QC Manager has the full authority and support of the project management to implement the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 and other specific project quality plan and procedures.

Our Goal is to prevent occupational accidents, injuries, illnesses or unnecessary environmental damage. These objectives will be achieved by management who shall place accident prevention and the protection of the health and safety of every employee above any other consideration of job operation or administration. ROOTS shall promote and enforce the development, dissemination, implementation, effectiveness and improvement of its Health, Safety and Environmental program. HSE policy shall emphasize that every employee and official of the company is unreservedly committed to achieving our ultimate target, which is ZERO ACCIDENTS, ZERO INCIDENTS, and MINIMUM WASTE. Objectives of TADMUR/ROOTS safety programs are: - occupational safety standards that must be complied with in compliance with the works related to this Project. unsafe condition and unsafe practices. The success of safety program requires the support and cooperation of every personnel. To achieve accident free work environment it is essential to have complete understanding of safety requirements that are to be practiced in the first place and then apply the proper management and controls to the work to ensure safe work area. Safety encompasses all aspects of risk control involving people, property and equipment. The implementation of such safety measures gives confidence to our clients and general public. Our ultimate goal in issuing this Safety Plan is to reduce exposure of its personnel to hazards thus providing a basis for awareness of safe work practices. 12 The Company maintains and runs many Facilities managed by TADMUR Logistics another subsidiary of Tadmur Holding, those include:- Industrial Area Zikreet Camp Alkhor Camp Staff Accommodations Workshops Plant & Equipment Central Stores & Warehouses LABOR CAMPS-INDUSTRIAL AREA Tadmur Logistics maintains and runs 3 Labor camps within Doha with a capacity to accommodate 2500 workers. It also provides adequate sanitary, welfare, dinning facilities to their workers. In addition, Tadmur Logistics s now in the process of construction a large labor camp G+2 floors in the Industrial area in order to keep pace with the massive company expansion and ambitious future plans. The new facility is capable of accommodating up to 1500 workers. The company is constantly upgrading its facilities in order to serve our clients in a more efficient manner. LABOR CAMP- ZIKREET AREA We have constructed a new Facility in Zikreet area with a capacity to accommodate 200 workers including power and water supply. It also provides adequate sanitary, welfare and dining facilities, this facility at Zikreet is providing adequate support for our operation with QP related projects in Dukhan Fields. LABOR CAMP- AL-KHOR AREA This Facility is accommodating around 200 workers and is providing adequate support for our operation with RASGAS related projects in Ras Laffan Fields. STAFF ACCOMMODATIONS The company maintains and runs approx. 30 independent villas to accommodate staff. WORKSHOPS The company maintains and operates a workshop employing highly skilled workers to perform their

13 work. It produces some of the best quality products in Qatar. This workshop has capabilities to carry out steel fabrication works, turning jobs and all mechanical engineering tasks. All work is performed under strict QA/QC procedures adhering to industry safety standards practices. PLANT & EQUIPMENT Tadmur Logistics maintains and operates a fleet of Construction Equipment such as Wheel loaders, Backhoes, excavators, skid loaders, telehandlers, Dump trucks, Cranes, Compressors, Generators, Compactors, Light towers and a fleet of Trucks, pick ups, vans, saloon cars etc. All above are periodically inspected and maintained in top condition by experienced well trained mechanics in order to provide the projects with the required machinery in top gear. In addition, ROOTS also maintains large quantities of scaffolding & shuttering material to cater to project requirements. These are maintained in periodic intervals & kept in top condition to be used on projects. CENTRAL STORES & WAREHOUSES Tadmur Logistics owns, maintains & operates a large central store & warehousing facility. Of approximately 5500 sq. meter area for accommodating all Tadmur subsidiaries stocks such as Building materials, Projects materials, Air Conditioning package units, split air conditioners, etc. It also maintains & operates a fully air-conditioned store for the materials that require temperature controls. All stores are equipped with modern storage rack systems and operated with FIFO computerized inventory system. The stores are fully secured & protected against fire and insects, all conforming to Civil Defense authority requirements including exhaust systems. Tadmur Logistics stores utilizes state of the art modern equipment such as electrical reach trucks, pallet trucks, pneumatic jacks and diesel forklifts for its daily operations. All personnel working in the area are fully insured. In addition the company is currently constructing a new warehouse of approx 4,500 sq. meters to meet the increasing demands.

14 The workshop and service / repair centre is located at Street No. 47 in Salwa Industrial Area. It has an overall built up area of approx. 400sqm and is divided into following work areas. This is in addition to spare parts storage room, tool room and offices for the manager and the supervisor as shown in the attached layout. PUMPS PACKAGES / BOOSTER SET ASSEMBLY / INSPECTION The following activities are carried out in this area, by our factory-trained technicians: components imported from our principals stock customers. panel, pressure vessel, piping, instruments, electrical connections and the mounting frame. driver, overhauling and repair will be carried out. PUMPS REPAIR AND OVERHAUL This area is for repair and overhaul of all types of pumps irrespective of their make. All types of pump repair is undertaken viz. replacement of parts, machining, rebuilding, dynamic balancing, trimming of impellers, modifications, and also electric repair submersible (sewage, bore well and turbine type) pumps and horizontal/vertical centrifugal (single/multistage) pumps. Final testing and commissioning of plant & equipment is carried out.

15 TESTING All pumps & equipment received, repaired at the workshops are tested and final inspection made prior to dispatch to customers and clients (see test inspection report, receiving reports). With the setting up of this facility we are now in a position to offer full after sales support to our customers and establish ourselves as a leading company in Doha in the field of pumping equipment. MACHINE SHOP This has an area of approx. 190 sq. m. and is equipped with following machines: WELDING AND PAINTING Welding and painting jobs will be undertaken in this area. Following equipment area available for m/s and s/steels: Welding jobs includes structural welding, pipe welding SMAW and GTAW, and repairs to components as required by certified welders. ELECTRICAL WORKSHOP Fabrication, construction of control panels, assembly repairs of control equipment, electrical, electronic, repair of motors, submersible pumps up to 60kw fabrication, construction of P.L.C. control systems incorporating, soft start equipment and VFD drives, it includes also Electrical test equipments such as HIPOT tester, primary and secondary injection sets, transformer ratio tester etc. INSTRUMENTATION WORKSHOP This includes Calibration and Testing Equipments for various types of instruments such as pressure transmitters, temperature sensors, flow instruments and analyzers.
