2 WHO WE ARE Bioport aims to improve the aid given by humanitarian actors by providing supply chain services and advices in order to minimise costs and maximise service to the beneficiaries. By working with us LWB reduced the logistics costs (kitting, storage and freight) between 15% and 40% per boxes. Bioport presentation of our activities 7

8 Example 3: Handicap international- Integration project Bioport is currently leading a supply chain integration project in order to reduce lead time and cost of international freights, improve service quality by being diretly in contact with suppliers and field logistics team. Reduce the waste of communication. Bioport focus on the freight issues with supplier and field logistics so HI procurement team can focus on pure procurement of products. Bioport propose to put in place different supply chain key indicators in order identify improvement actions. Currently the project is in test phase. Bioport presentation of our activities 8
