2 INTRODUCTION We are pleased to inform you that W&S LOGISTICS has been appointed as the official freight forwarder for the VINEXPO BORDEAUX 2017 exhibition. We invite all exhibitors to contact our offices (see attached list Appendix # 1) to arrange the logistics services related to this exhibition. In order to ensure correct delivery of your products, we advise you to read this document carefully; any deviation from the procedures described may result in delay and extra costs. ACCESS DURING HANDLING TIME (SETTING UP & DISMANTLING) For security reasons, Vinexpo s organizer has decided that access to the site will only be granted via Gate H for vehicles whose overall height is less than 3.10 meters and via Gate M for others. Both gates will be under Exhibition center security team exclusive control with W&S LOGISTICS assistance. A specific car park for commercial and light vehicles arriving at the site from Monday 12 th to Friday, June 16 th 2017 (setting up) and from Wednesday 21 st to Sunday, June 24 th 2017 (dismantling) will be set up outside the show site, opposite Gate H. For heavy vehicle and any vehicle whose overall height is more than 3.10 meters, the dedicated park will be near Gate M. (Both car parks will be under W&S Logistics control, assisted by the Exhibition center -CEB- security team). The purpose of this car park is to control the flow of vehicles entering the VINEXPO site which do not have a specific pass allowing entry to the interior parking areas. All exhibitors, designers or stand fitters must kindly contact W&S LOGISTICS handling services: Francine ZWICKERT - Tel: 33(0) Fax: 33(0) francine.zwickert@wanadoo.fr / olancemot@wslogistics.fr who is in charge of organizing handling operations on site, during the month of April (please refer to Vinexpo s technical procedures). Mrs. Francine ZWICKERT will fix an appointment within the handling schedule which will enable you to obtain a reserved space in the designated unloading areas around the exhibition halls. (This appointment will be confirmed by fax or within 24 hours.) The corresponding vehicle passes will be handed over on site (gate H or M) with all the necessary instructions. W&S LOGISTICS has been appointed as the official agent for all handling operations on the Vinexpo exhibition site at Bordeaux Lac (including unloading vehicles, delivery to stands, storing of empty packaging, labor, etc.). Only the forklifts of W&S LOGISTICS are authorized to drive on show site. The organizer specifies that access permits will only be given after the reception and validation by Vinexpo of all the documents requested on the form «Project for layout». If any item is missing from the file, access to the site will be refused.

3 Please note that any pass distributed by the organizer at Gate H and M, without an appointment having previously been arranged with W&S LOGISTICS, will grant access to the interior parking areas but will not guarantee any specific time for parking or any specific space in the designated loading/unloading areas around the exhibition halls. The period from Friday, June 16 th at pm to Saturday, June 17 th at am is exclusively reserved for the delivery of samples and tasting products by W&S LOGISTICS. W&S LOGISTICS is authorized by the organizer to take away any samples or tasting products after the closure of the exhibition on Wednesday, June 21 st at pm. W&S LOGISTICS is authorized by the organizer to deliver empty packaging to the stands from pm onwards on Wednesday, June 21 st after the samples have been cleared. However, the beginning of dismantling of stands and repacking will be confirmed later. Access to commercial, heavy or light vehicles during the dismantling period will only be authorized via Gate H and M and under the same conditions as during the setting up period. ARRANGING SHIPMENTS For exhibitors outside of France, please contact our agent indicated on the list (APPENDIX #1) in order to calculate the cost of transportation from origin point up to the VINEXPO exhibition and to know the deadlines for the shipments. For exhibitors based in France, we will be pleased to provide you with a personalised quotation from the origin point to your stand. DELIVERY OF GOODS TO THE STAND FOR TASTING AND DELIVERIES OUTSIDE THE EXHIBITION First delivery The first delivery, corresponding to the samples you require for the opening day of the exhibition (as indicated on your order form), will be automatically made during the night of Friday 16 th to Saturday, June 17 th The freight forwarder responsibility ends with the delivery of the goods on the exhibitor s booth, even if the exhibitor or his representative is absent. In order to ensure a safe delivery, we ask the exhibitors or their representative to be present at the required times. Spread out deliveries We have planned two daily deliveries during the exhibition and the document provided in appendix #3 will enable you to inform us of your requirements in this respect. Outside deliveries We also handle any parcel deliveries requested by exhibitors outside of the exhibition.

6 Please note that our delivery service applies to cartons/pallets only, and that we cannot deliver separate bottles. MOVE OUT OF GOODS AFTER THE SHOW We will handle the return of your non-consumed goods and/or dry cargo after the show. Documentation with all details for the move out procedure will be available in our office on show site. This note will also be distributed to all exhibitors who used our services for MOVE IN. We strongly recommend you to inform us about the return of goods after the show as soon as possible and before Wednesday, June 21 st noon, the latest. All the leftovers will be transferred in our warehouse. Storage is free of charge during two weeks. After this delay, we will charge you extra fees (per day and per pallet). From our warehouse located in Bruges (near Bordeaux), you will be able to pick up the goods with your own transport company or entrust us the transport back to your premises (by sea, air or road). PACKING AND LABELLING SEPARATE PACKING ACCORDING TO GOODS Please ensure that the following types of goods are packed separately: Wines and spirits which will be exhibited for tasting Articles for decorating your stand, or any other dry goods which are to be returned after the exhibition Advertising material, brochures which will be distributed to visitors during the exhibition LABELLING YOUR CARTONS Please ensure that your cartons are labelled correctly and the documents (invoices, packing lists) correspond exactly to the references mentioned on your cartons. The following information should be indicated on your cartons: VINEXPO BORDEAUX 2017 EXHIBITOR N... HALL...BOOTH NUMBER... CARTON N... (for example 1/14.14/14)

7 STRONG PACKAGING Should you wish to return your goods to their point of origin, in order to avoid any damage, please ensure that your packaging is strong enough to withstand several transhipments as well as for ocean or air freight. If any further packaging should be provided or any packaging replaced, we will be obliged to bill those extra costs to you. CUSTOMS AND EXCISE FORMALITIES CUSTOMS REGULATIONS The VINEXPO exhibition is set up as a Customs Bonded Warehouse. According to the procedure agreed with the Customs, any goods which are sent to us from countries outside the European Union will be declared by WS LOGISTICS to Customs under a temporary admission on their arrival at the exhibition site and they will be exempted providing the VI1 and VI2 certificates. Stands and any decorative articles which need to be sent back to their original point of departure can be declared under an ATA carnet by the exhibitors. We will ensure that the carnets are stamped by the French Customs on arrival and departure of the goods. At the close of the exhibition, we will sort out all the details concerning any temporary admission declarations, either by organizing a new declaration for re-exportation of the goods or declaring that they have been consumed. No goods can leave the exhibition without the customs formalities having been accomplished. A Customs officer can check the stands at any moment to ensure that the goods displayed or being tasted have been declared as a temporary admission. REGULATIONS FOR EXCISE DUTIES FOR FRANCE AND EUROPEAN UNION Wine and alcoholic beverages can circulate in the following ways: Deferred Excise Duty EAD (EMCS document) Paid Excise Duty ( CRD for French exhibitors only) The above transportation documents must mention VINEXPO as the consignee. VINEXPO has been issued with IN BOND WAREHOUSING status. The excise number is: FR E-0134 We will proceed with the validation of your excise documents with the accurate department as soon as the goods arrive in our W&S LOGISTICS warehouse.

8 We will issue transportation documents with your name as consignee for the return of any unconsumed goods back to your cellars. If a delivery in France or in another European country is requested, please ensure that you communicate the consignee s excise number so that we can mention it on the transportation document and excise voucher. VAT REGULATIONS Settlement of French VAT is related to the place where the exhibitor comes from: For a French client: VAT (20%) will be invoiced For a French client set up in French overseas departments and territories: VAT (8.50%) will be invoiced for Martinique, Guadeloupe and Reunion whereas it will be exempted for French Guyana and Mayotte. For a client from the European Union: VAT exemption if the client provides us its VAT identification number. For a client located in any other country: French VAT exemption. TERMS OF PAYMENT Our invoices are to be paid in Euros for any shipment, taxes and duties included. Our invoices are to be paid immediately on reception. We will need to get your CB details before the show. Move in: before delivery to your stand including any taxes, duties, customs and administration formalities Move out: payment in cash on presentation of quotation before the collection of goods from your stand Payment not received at W&S LOGISTICS before the opening of the show will be charged to your credit card to process your order (with an additional 2.5% surcharge) Our bank details are as follows: CIC BORDEAUX ENTREPRISES 42 COURS DU CHAPEAU ROUGE BORDEAUX Bank # Agency # Account # # 08 SWIFT # CMCIFRPP International Identification IBAN: FR # 08 All our W&S LOGISTICS agents should be paid according to the same conditions and payment made to their respective bank accounts. Any payment made during the exhibition can be accepted in cash (EUROS or U.S. Dollars), or by credit card: Visa, or Master Card at an extra cost of 2.5% of the total invoice amount. Please note American Express cards cannot be use for the payment of our services.

9 TERMS OF SALE Our services are carried out under the terms and conditions applicable to our profession. They are governed for France by the TLF (Transport et Logistique de France). A copy of our general conditions of sales will be sent to you with the first quotation. In the event of any claim, only the Commercial Court in Bordeaux has competence, even in the case of several defendants or introduction of a third party. INSURANCE Our company offers, on a mandatory basis, an ad valorem insurance which covers all transportation and handling risks including sea / air transportation and delivery to the stand, if performed by W&S Logistics.
