4 Integrated exchange and filling solutions The Ecodraft integrated exchange and filling equipment provides solutions on three different levels. Each level is determined by the number of kegs that can be proceeded per hour. The equipment can also be supplied without a filling function. Moreover, the Ecodraft exchange and filling equipment can be adapted to existing lines. MANUAL ONE KEG A TIME SEMI-AUTOMATIC ADAPTED SOLUTION < 40 KEGS PER HOUR FULL AUTOMATIC EXISTING LINES < 80 KEGS PER HOUR Asset tracking and management with RFID RFID A RFID system is made up of a chip and a reader. Each Ecodraft keg, spear or adapter is provided with a chip. Thanks to a unique serial number and to the RFID reader, which is implemented in the Ecodraft filling and exchange equipment, all products will be identified and stored in a central database. This system makes it easier to track kegs through the whole distribution process. The RFID also assures more accurate inventory tracking, faster inventory picking, reduced out-of-stocks and less asset loss.

6 An eco-thinking company In cooperation with some trendsetting Belgian breweries and triggered by concrete demands from the market, Ecodraft developed a range of kegs with particular technical and commercial assets. Ecodraft offers a premium alternative HDPE keg for beer, wine and other (non-) carbonized beverages. Thanks to their lightweight, reduced diameter and solid robust handles, these barrels are very ergonomic and easy to handle. The HDPE casing has the property to NEVER explode even in extreme destructive overpressure and the overpressure will always escape controlled. The product guarantees an optimal preservation of flavor and quality and offers essential financial and commercial assets which stimulate export, market broadening and the development of new market opportunities. Ecodraft provides two different types of barrels: Reusable kegs in 18L and 30L and one-way kegs in 20L and 30L. In addition, the kegs are available with the necessary couplers and can easily be connected to all existing filling lines and tapping installations. Meanwhile, we continue our creative Eco-Thinking, focusing on new packaging solutions, by which the Ecodraft collection keeps expanding. Environmentally responsible and recyclable The inside works of all Ecodraft kegs are solely manufactured from pure and easily recyclable materials and laminates, without additions of aluminum layers or harmful substances.
