Within the four sides of the bag lay PE boards for extra protection. Test at 10:00 a.m., September 24, Test result: No damage to shipping bag. 2.5 Free drop from 30 feet (360 inches) to concrete surface. Penetration Test: Testing time at 11 a.m., September 24, Penetration Bar: Weight: 13.2 lbs, Diameter: 1.25 inches 3.2 Drop the Penetration Bar vertically onto the shipping system from a distance of 5.5 feet (66 inches = cm) so that the strike point is in the center of the shipping bag. There were two different tests in which the position of the shipping bag was altered. Compression Test: Testing time from 9:00 a.m., September 25, 2015 to 9:00 a.m. September 26, Shipping bag was placed under one piece of metal that had a weight of 200lbs. 4.2 Test result: No damage to shipping bag.

Only the PE board between the Nylon had a crack where the penetration point was. Also, the removable PVC pocket was damaged due to the environmental tests that were run. 5.2 The PIG did not break; therefore, there was no leaking from the shipping bag. 6. The items tested include: soft shipping bag, 11 piece Biodex pig model with protective foam, and syringes inside the pig containing red color liquid for testing purposes.
