12 Professional competence The big logistics service providers have highly trained and educated professionals who can provide proper quality intermodal transport service. The biggest danger to the service quality can create small and medium size enterprises (SMEs ) if they will be incorporated into intermodal transportation process. One of the main reasons low SMEs managers professional competence.
