10 Challenges The introduction of a lifecycle perspective into the organization Benefits are known and understood, changing daily operations to reap the benefits is difficult. Need to implement process oriented operations in order to get away from data management per system. Accept object oriented system based information as the original instead of blueprints. The introduction of a permanent ID (reference-id) for the infrastructure facility-object. Connecting data from different perspectives and stages of the life cycle to the same objects. The organization has to agree on common terminology Need acceptance and implementation of standardised external classification system. 10
