6 Downflow booths IGUÑA makes a study of its process to provide the best retaining solution as an independent module or as an integrated part of the clean room. Downflow and sampling booths offer high levels of protection for the worker, product and environment. They are ideal for powder manipulation processes in samples, dowflows or loads of product. They meet the most stringent current regulations and the highest quality requirements. 8 Laminar airflow IGUÑA offers two concepts of laminar airflow, compact and installation. Both options are fully configurable and adaptable to any area or process and they have a wide range of options. There are different laminar airflow units adapted to the needs of each application. IGUÑA laminar airflow modules offer ISO 5 class areas, defined by EN ISO or Class 100 U.S. Federal Standard 209 E. They are designed to meet current regulations and the highest quality requirements. They are ideal for the protection of the filling, transfer and packaging processes of the product under conditions of maximum protection. The acquisition of clean air ensures an environment clean of particles and microorganisms in the workplace, driving unidirectional air and at a speed of 0.45 m/sec in a protected area. 6 AIR FLOW SYSTEM IGUÑA CLEAN ROOMS

9 Mobile laminar airflow module IGUÑA has designed Mobile Laminar Airflow modules for those areas where space is tight, getting a quick installation system, which improve clean air in closed rooms, creating sterile conditions in ISO Class 5 protected area, defined by EN ISO or Class 100 U.S. Federal Standard 209 E regulations. IGUÑA Mobile Laminar Airflow Module allows a customized solution to transfer the product amongst controlled environment areas, under sterile conditions. Its mobile design brings versatility to its location within the workplace, allowing its placement in the right place at each moment. We have several models of different sizes and we offer the possibility of personalizing the mobile module to your requirements. 7

10 Air Showers IGUÑA filtered air showers allow entry and exit of staff in classified areas in cases where a high surface cleaning is necessary. This is achieved by promoting a high air flow at high speed. The air shower booth is a system designed to eliminate contamination of a worker s clothes. Air showers are cameras installed at the entrances to white rooms and other controlled environments. This is done to minimize particles when entering or leaving the clean space. People and materials entering or leaving are sprayed with highspeed jets of air, previously filtered. Polluted air is drawn, filtered and recirculated through the grilles located at the base of the booth. 8 AIR FLOW SYSTEM IGUÑA CLEAN ROOMS

11 IGUÑA designs and develops air showers to be integrated throughout the enclosure of the classified area or controlled environment. There is the possibility of machine-type air showers, compact air showers and integrated in the installation. Air showers can also be made facilitytype, with sandwich panel, taking part in the enclosure. Both options are configurable and their design is customized according to space and requirements requested. 9

12 SAS pass-through IGUÑA SAS pass-through are designed to allow the entry and exit of products amongst rooms in the classified areas. Its design is configured to meet quality demands and the highest quality requirements. 13 SAS pass-through There is the possibility of SAS pass-through with metal or stainless steel structure. SAS pass-through doors are equipped by peepholes that allow visibility inside. They have electrical or mechanical interlock to prevent simultaneous opening of doors and some lights or LED to indicate lock status. IGUÑA performs ventilated and ultra filtered SAS pass-through, so that transferring the product amongst rooms is completely safe, in a sterile environment. 11
