Jan.29) Power Carpeted floor One table and two chairs Show Management Booth move in and dismantling services will be provided by Goodkey Show Services and its subcontractors. A detailed catalog including various services and rental order forms are included in this Exhibitor Package. Goodkey Show Services is a full services display company responsible for material handling, furniture and carpet rental, hardwall booth rental, janitorial and labor services as well as plant and sign services. 3 Move-In Move-In will begin at 10:00 am on Monday, January 27 th and must be completed by 4:30 pm that same day. Exhibitors are responsible for making their own shipping arrangements of freight to and from the convention center. All deliveries must be coordinated through Goodkey Show Services. Shipments shall be received by Goodkey Show Services and can be stored up to 14 days in advance of the move-in day. Storage fees will apply a minimum of $124. All shipments and deliveries should be addressed and labeled as follows: Name of Recipient (Instructor, Speaker, etc) c/o Shaw Conference Centre Edmonton, AB T5J 1N9 NACE NAWC th of January, 2014 Number of Packages (1 of 3, 2 of 3, etc.) Loading Dock The loading dock is located has the same address as the conference center. A map of the loading dock may be found as an attachment. Storage/ Materials Handling During the show, empty shipping containers shall be removed by Goodkey Show Services and returned at the show closing. Any additional arrangements must be made with Goodkey Show Services in advance. All containers must be tagged with company name and booth number (see Goodkey Show Services service desk for storage labels). Following the show, all materials shall be shipped according to the exhibitor s instructions. Charge for these services are the responsibility of the exhibitor. All WHMIS controlled products shall be properly labeled and contained with their Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS). Only the convention center or its agents handle materials being received, shipped or stored on site with the exception of hand carried materials. Arrangement for the move-in/ move-out are to be made with Goodkey Show Services. Overseas Shipments: For the convenience of exhibitors who will be shipping materials from overseas, please contact Goodkey Show Services to assist with customs clearance for those exhibitors who may require such services. Maximum size restrictions for items getting into the exhibit hall are 6 6 width and 7 5 height. The loading dock cannot be used to store crated, boxes or exhibit displays.

4 Load Limit The floor in the exhibit hall has a general load bearing capacity of 350 lbs/sqft. Repairs for any damage caused by overloading, installation, exhibiting or moving of any object exceeding the above mentioned capacities shall be charged to the exhibitor. Audio Visual Requirements AVW Telav is the in house supplier of all audio/ visual equipment and lighting within the Shaw Conference Center. Should any additional requirements past the base booth setup be required, it is the responsibility of the exhibitor to contact AVW Telav directly to make arrangements. They will require a minimum 15 day lead time on all orders. Goodkey shall move the booth to and from the loading dock. Included in the booth rental fee: The above described setup 800 Watt 120 Volt outlet. (any requirements over and above this must be arranged through SHOWTECH Services) A Waste Basket 24 Hour Security services around Exhibit Hall Move-in / Move-Out charges Security Arrangements Security personnel will be provided 24 hours a day during the conference around the conference hall.

5 Please Note Exhibit displays and signs must be arranged so as not to substantially obstruct the view of other exhibitors. Registration The conference registration desk will be located near the entrance of the Exhibition Hall. Registration shall begin at 10:00 am to 4:30 pm on Monday the 27 th of January, Convention badges must be worn for access to the exhibit hall. Link for registration to the conference may be found below: on Additional tickets for the banquet only may be purchased for $85. Booth Staffing Move-Out Move-out will take place on Thursday, the 30 th of January between 1:30 pm and 4:30 pm. Exhibitors may not dismantle, pack or remove any part of their displays prior to 1:30 pm on Thursday the 30 th of January. Exhibit move-out must be completed by 4:30 pm on Thursday the 30 th of January. Any materials or displays left in the exhibit hall after 4:30 pm shall be shipped to the exhibitor at the exhibitor s expense. Each firm from outside should contact Mendelssohn Commercial (or your own customs broker) to make certain proper instructions have been provided regarding the return of exhibit materials. Canadian exhibitors should contact Goodkey Show Services regarding their outgoing exhibit materials. Each assigned booth is required to have at least one and no more than four representatives present during exhibit hours. All company representatives participating in the exhibit must be registered. Only company employees or representatives who will staff the exhibit may be registered as exhibitor representatives. Badges must be worn for access to the Exhibition Hall.

All additional costs above the standard booth including but not limited to shipping, handling, storage of materials, labor, brokerage fees are the responsibility of the exhibitor. The Sub-rental of booths is strictly prohibited. Exhibitors will not offer programs that will directly conflict with NACE International meetings or social events. NACE International reserves the right to restrict exhibits which cause noise or for any other reason become objectionable or violate any of the terms in this document. All electrical equipment and wiring must meet applicable Canadian Electrical Code and local fire code regulations. NACE International reserves the right to reject any displays not meeting these requirements. No portion of the display shall obstruct any aisle or fire exit doorway. A minimum of 36 inches of clearance must exist in front of all fire hoses. Flammable substances of fluid or gases will not be used unless approved by local fire department and NACE International. The exhibitor will be responsible for having adequate insurance coverage against injury to persons, damage to property and their inability to meet its obligations of this document. NACE International, GES, Goodkey Show Services, AVW Telav, Showtech and the Shaw Conference Centre assume no liability for any bodily harm or material damage to products, booths, equipment or decorations due to fire, flooding or theft howsoever caused during the occupation of the building or any rented space therein.
