3 3 Returns (Unadvised) Goods Receiving Value: The solution offers an efficient return process. A distinct return flow enables the end customer to be refunded for the returned item faster. Returns will be easy to monitor. It will be possible to look at trends. The true root causes of product returns can be discovered. Investigation time can be long. Folding and repacking is also handled as investigation. These products are not stored until they are fully prepared and ready to be sold again.

RMA number Order number - this is the Astro order number of the shipped package. Return Condition - this is the physical condition or quality of the returned item. Acceptance Code this is the operators recommendation whether the returned item is refundable or not.
