9 FLUID CONTROL SOLUTIONS VALVE INTEGRATION 01 FLATPROP With up to 200 l/min flow rate bar / 58 psi), Flatprop sets new standards in the field of proportional fluid control. Its very good performance to size ratio is ideal for portable medical devices. 02 CLICK-ON VALVES Click on is the latest and most varied design within the Buschjost range of solenoid valves. Due to its modular system, fast availability for the customer is guaranteed. 03 ASV (AIR SUSPENSION VALVE) Automotive Air Suspension systems are driven by the need for high performance, quality and competitive prices. The solenoid valves that controls these systems must not only be 100% reliable but must be able to be fitted quickly and with complete confidence. The Webber ASV valve, with its integrated 'bayonet' style fitting was designed with these needs in mind. 04 DIRECT OPERATED SOLENOID VALVE With a wide variety of coil, orifice and mounting options, KIP can provide a solution to meet many demanding requirements. With a wide range of materials and up to 80 bar (1200 psi) ratings, we can design the correct valve to fit your application.

10 10 FLUID CONTROL SOLUTIONS MANIFOLDS AND CUSTOMER SOLUTIONS MANIFOLD FOR LAB EXTRUDERS Manifolds are often used to reduce required space envelopes, simplify installation and eliminate unnecessary tubing and fittings. As a result, customers benefit from a reduction in the cost of materials and an ease of installation. 02 ASSEMBLY FOR AIR SUSPENSION Competitive advantage means providing the customer with a solution that will help them increase sales and reduce total cost of ownership. The single axle assembly for air suspension is one such example. The valves and sensors are integrated into a single unit that reduces possible leakage points, and increases production throughput for the automotive manufacturer. The assembly is also suitable for use as an aftermarket fit on a wide range of light trucks and vans. 03 COMPACT DISTRIBUTOR This compact distributor features 40 Chipsol 8mm valves allowing the complete device to be half the size of its counterpart made with 10mm valves. This is particularly useful for clean rooms where space is at a premium. 04 PRINT CARTRIDGE REFILLING MANIFOLD In-house machining capability allows KIP to custom design and deliver engineered solutions to meet customer requirements. KIP can also integrate related components to deliver a complete subassembly reducing total customer costs and increasing throughput

11 FLUID CONTROL SOLUTIONS DUST FILTERS CONTROLLER For the control of dust filters there are numerous special requirements. Specifically adapted to this application Buschjost offers controls that include all the features needed for this application. Integrated and pre-wired pilot valves are also available. 06 HIGH SPEED VALVE A major OEM wanted a partner with fluid control expertise to jointly develop a product that would give it a competitive edge in the marketplace. It was this expertise that Webber was able to provide. The result was a unique valve that offered high flow, high speed and very long life in a small package. 07 SEAT LUMBAR CONTROL The customer had a manifold solution with four 15mm valves to control the seat's cushions. FAS 10mm Picosol was able to provide the same flow as a 15mm valve. By doing this, the customer was able to use an 8 valve manifold providing more controls over the seat's cushions, giving the end customer more comfort. 08 CUSTOMISED LIQUID LEVEL ASSEMBLY KIP's mission has always been to provide customers with customized assemblies to help reduce costs and provide value.
