VGM sent to the warehouse to complete and upload. Product sails. BL s sent to Financing Bank or Client directly. INQUIRY QUOTING BOOKING DOCUMENTATION SHIPPING from Client. Confirm MT and destination. Determine the FF company that has better rates per this route. Place enquiry with FF. Normal turnaround 48 hours. Review responses. Checks against Client enquiry. Find out the Line that is proposed. enquiry on the shipping schedule. Offer to Client Go / No Go. Select carrier. Confirm equipment and schedule. Collect and load containers. Send to Container Port. Once BL s are available Henry Bath to check and send draft to Client. Client checks draft and makes changes r confirms. May be multiple iterations. Henry Bath then liaise with Freight Forwarder to change or authorise to submit. BL s issued. Product sails. BL s sent to Financing Bank or Client directly. VGM then done by HB staff and submits.
