3 About Ficus Pax Group: FICUS PAX was born August 1999 as a Partnership between Ameen Rahaman and Capt B R Vijayendra, with the idea of offering packaging solutions to Indian Exporters, with a focus on the niche market of High Precision Packaging of High Value goods. Mr. AMEEN RAHAMAN, a Law graduate has been an Industrialist & Businessman for 35 years standing. He has rich experience in Finance & Administration. Capt. B. R. VIJAYENDRA, is an ex -serviceman having served in the Indian Army. After release, he has been in Industry in senior executive and managerial positions. During the last 18 years he has gained experience in manufacturing and marketing of packaging products.

30 EMS: Equipment Management System Online Realtime Inventory and Order Management *Packaging equipment Proper and precise tracking and tracing of packaging equipment is key driver for successful Rental Packaging model in optimization and maximum utilization of resources and visibility in system. To enable this factors, we have developed unique online real-time tracking and management system called Equipment Management System (EMS). It enables real time tracking of packaging equipment in Supply Chain System. This portal is developed on PHP Coordinator and frame work and the backend data base is developed on SQL.

Customer can raise order for required type and quantity of packaging equipment through EMS portal. Customer can track their order status through EMS system. Based on physical copy receipt of ordered equipment, FTPL service center will update receipt quantity of equipment on EMS system. Customer can see physical stock level of equipment at their end through EMS portal. Customer can view all the invoice and status through EMS System. Customer can view their Business details and get updated through system administrator of FTPL. Customer can generate/view different reports through EMS system like (a) Order summary (b) Transfer Out summary (c) Daily Stock summary (d) Customer order inward detailed report (e) Customer order Transfer out detailed report.
