China Customs has informed that there will be the additional information requirements for any inbound shipments to all destinations into China. Please see the details for additional required information which needs to be inserted in Master AWB and House AWBs and kindly submit to JAL CARGO in timely manner. We would appreciate your understanding and cooperation. 1. Effective Date Friday, 01JUN, 2018 Cargo loaded on departure flights from Japan 2. Applicable Flights and Cargo For All Shipments to China (Loaded on JAL Online destination: PVG/SHA/PEK/DLC/CAN/TSN) which will be included to offline destinations by using Road Feeder Service (HKG destination will be exempt). 3. Required Additional Information Subject: Master AWB(FWB) and House AWB (FHL) Information Additional Requirement: Mandatory Items: Country Code, Enterprise Registration Code, Telephone Number for SHPR/CNEE/NTFY. Manually register only for Country Code, Enterprise Code and Telephone Number We have confirmed that we have attached a complete H/Manifest (AWB). *For manual registration, we charge a fee of per AWB for any cases. Please write the total amount in AWB Other charge due Carrier using Special Code: CC. e.g.:// CC: 500 x 5(AWB s) = 2,500 // (Others) Please attach the instruction sheet to the applicable cargo air waybill, and present to JALCARGO airport section 3 hours prior to departure of the reserved flight in case of a passenger flight.
