2 The ATEE Association Created in 1978 after the oil crisis, by the big energy suppliers to exchange on the internal industrial sources of energy savings. Approximately 2000 members (small and large companies, utilities, services companies, local authorities, consulting firms, manufacturers, etc..) ATEE regroups professionals, informs and elaborates proposals. Role of information and of alert about technical innovation, economic trends and the legal evolutions. ATEE is an objective and independent body, recognized by public authorities. WCC Working Meeting 12 June

7 Study case: objective The study case is aimed at comparing the process for putting in place works and getting white certificates in each country, for a similar type of building, from a strictly administrative point of view. The choice of actions to be undertaken is up to each contributor to this study. As a guideline we would suggest to undertake the actions that seem typical for this case. WCC Working Meeting 12 June
