6 HIGH-SPEED WEIGHERS Without sacrificing accuracy and efficiency, Ishida builds weighers that currently achieve 400 ppm, and faster models are under development. Even at speed, these weighers are gentle on product and deliver years of reliability. 18 head double weigher head ultra high speed weighers FRAGILE PRODUCTS WEIGHERS Shallow angles and minimal drop distances reduce damage to delicate products, yet speeds still exceed those of ordinary weighers not having special handling features. In addition to standard dry and washdown models, special configurations are available to provide a weighing solution for fragile products.

9 BLENDING WEIGHERS Precisely mix and weigh up to eight individual product components to create accurate blends of vegetables, cereals, snacks, and other dry and frozen multi-part products. Weighers with up to 32 heads are available with complete blending systems that can include feed conveyors, packaging machines, metal detectors, X-ray inspection, and checkweighers.

10 STICKY PRODUCT WEIGHERS Double screw feeders move fresh meats, cooked pasta, and other sticky products for fast, accurate weighing. Variable feeder speed, special embossed surfaces, and optional plastic hoppers ensure consistent product flow and high packaging productivity. SANITARY WEIGHERS Weighers are available for every level of hygienic operation, including those in the harshest washdown environments. Choose from models with IP69K, IP67 and IP66+ ratings for fresh, cooked and frozen meat / poultry / seafood, or weighers specifically built for the highest global sanitary standards required by cheese and dairy foods processors.

15 FRESH PRODUCE WEIGHERS From wet leaf spinach and spring mix to delicate berries and prebagged fruit, custom-design weighers are available for every produce application. Sanitary construction that is quick to clean, large capacity hoppers, and a wide selection of product contact surface materials enhance accuracy and speed. LINEAR WEIGHERS Package ultra-low target weights quickly and accurately. Short drop heights provide gentle product handling. Dry and washdown models are easy to clean and available in a variety of sizes in single and double discharge models.

16 BIG BUCKET WEIGHERS Large capacity hoppers allow packaging of big bags at high speeds.
