Throughout their service life, they are frequently subjected to high stress. Because of this, repairing and maintaining spindles requires extraordinary precision. So it is wise to work directly with the manufacturer as the only partner who can reliably provide the necessary technical expertise. SERVICES Initial inspection and bearing examination When we receive your spindle, we conduct an initial visual inspection and check the condition of the bearing. Diagnosis: Condition report and quotation All parts are examined during disassembly. The results of inspections and measurements are documented in writing. You receive a repair quotation with an estimated time requirement. A good fit? Measurement results are meticulously documented. Only flawless spindles leave our facility. Repair and inspection of the clamping system / sensors After a discussion of the diagnostics report and acceptance of the quotation, professional technicians repair your spindle. We pay special attention to flawless functionality of the clamping system and sensors. Fine balancing in assembled condition Once all parts are reassembled and adjusted, we perform another set of measurements, inspections, and fine balancing.
