Bursar / Supplies, Rajarata University of Sri Lanka, Mihintale on or before 21 st November The applicants can download the Advertisement from the University Website Non refundable fees of Rs per sub item should be enclosed with the applications. All payments should be made by money order drawn in favor of the Bursar, Rajarata University of Sri Lanka payable at the Mihintale Post Office. Applicants who do not satisfy the following conditions will not be considered for registration. 1. Suppliers/ authorized dealers who are already registered with the University should re-apply for registration. 2. Relevant organization should posses a valid business registration & copy of the certificate of registration should be attached. 3. If the intended supplier is a limited liability company, certificate of incorporation of the company should be annexed with the application. 4. If the intended supplier is an organization other than non limited liability company, a copy of the certificate of registration should be attached. 5. If the organization supply goods/ services which manufacturer or producer by other organization (principle), the authorization letter issued by the principle company should be attached. 6. Awarding Letter/ Purchase order details with regard to your current supplies & services for the last three years. 7. Applicant should have at least three years experience of supplying the relevant items (Goods/ Services). 8. Applicant should marked the Registration of Suppliers Year 2015 on the left hand corner of the envelope. 9. The Registration certificate of ICTAD in connection with the construction contractors should be attached. 10. Money Order. 11. Incomplete or application without supporting documents will not be considered for registration. 12. Every supplier should agree to provide a credit facility at least for one month. 13. VAT Registration certificate or the VAT exemption certificate issued by the Commissioner General, Inland Revenue.
