2 Vibratory Feeders Vibratory Feeder Bowls are the most versatile feed system available in the AKS Enterprises product collection, able to handle both large and very small parts. Bowls occupy a minimal amount of space while orienting, selecting and sorting parts in a very cost effective manner. Rounds for the Air-Marshals are being feud into the final assemble machine. Multi-laning out of the bowl will provide a smaller loading platform. Single lane feeding for better orientation of cylinder and spherical parts. 3 Used Vibratory Feeders Refurbished vibratory feeders are available in some capacity at our warehouse. All rebuilds are refurbished and tooled for optimum performance. Examining your existing bowls with the help of a qualified AKS sales engineer will help determine if we can salvage portions of your existing system. Reduced costs can be achieved with the cost saving methods mentioned. Inlines Inline feeders convey oriented parts in a linear motion across tracks designed to transport a specific part shape or product. Inline feeders can be fastened directly to the machine base and requires no rubber feet for mounting. Reliable track alignment is obtained through the absence of rubber feet. An inline unit is available for each standard bowl diameter. Custom discharge height and track length are available by request. Several types of drives are available depending on the applications and the size of the feeder bowls. 3

4 Sound Enclosures From the conventional to the very unique, our engineers and builders can accommodate the most problematic sound or size constraints in-order to satisfy our customers needs. This custom sound enclosure below was made for an industrial application and is of galvanized construction. It was pre-assembled at our facility so it can easily be reassembled. The enclosure has cylinder shaped doors for easy access to equipment for maintenance. An air inlet allows for outside air into enclosure. Custom enclosures designed to the customer s specifications. The duel cylinder style door enclosure offers unobstructed loading and can be single or multiple chambered. Sound enclosures are available in traditional box style. 4

5 Bulk Hoppers Tables and Bases Custom and conventional base building is one more service AKS enterprises offer their customers. Our Engineering staff will work to find the best fit for our customers needs. We can match an existing base style or a complete stand alone design. Our bases are ergonomically sound and can be built from tubing or sold plate construction. 5
