Bronzeshield Lifting Limited has been trading since 1986 and has not traded under any other previous name. Processes, Systems and Knowledge: All Management, Planning and Administration Staff have access to Information Technology, All staff are trained and competent to operate within their various fields. Project Programming: (Programming Techniques / Applications that can be operated) Crane Hire/ Allocation is programmed manually on a daily basis and transferred to electronic data base SYRINX. Programmes operated include: Microsoft word, excel, power point, auto route and CAD. Information Management: The type and level of access to programmes, soft ware and files is dictated by operational requirement and/or position held within the company structure.
3 Design Management we employ CAD facilities Auto CAD Systems are used to design Lift Plans and associated drawings. LICON and Cranimation programmes are used to calculate outrigger loads for specific crane configurations All Lifting Operations are Planned, Appropriately Supervised and Conducted in a Safe Manner. All Cranes and Lifting Accessories will be supplied complete with in-date certification as required by LOLER and BS7121. Operatives will be in possession of in-date CPCS card endorsed with appropriate categories. Bronzeshield Lifting believe in Continuous Improvement. The quality of service and standard of equipment provided is constantly monitored through the review of recorded customer and operator comments provided. The Examination, Testing and Inspection of equipment and accessories ensure conformity. Furthermore, to improve and enhance the quality of the services we are able to provide, Bronzeshield Lifting has replaced a large proportion of its Crane Fleet with new machines and introduced additional new types of cranes, for example Liebherr LTM tonne Mobile Telescopic Crane, Spierings Mobile Tower Cranes and UNIC Spider Cranes People and Resources: Details of support services available either in-house or via out-sourcing Planning, Management and Supervision of Lifting Operations. Conducted by qualified Appointed Persons (Lifting Operations) and/or Qualified Crane Lifting Operations Supervisors.(CPCS A61 & A62) Supply of Mobile Telescopic Cranes from tonnes lifting capacity and associated transport, ancillaries/accessories and man power. Mobile Tower Cranes 3, 4, 5 and 6 axle and UNIC Spider Cranes Equipment can be supplied under CPA Terms and Conditions (Hired and Managed) or on a Contract Lift basis.

As a direct result of a review of the Company s training initiatives in 2004, conducted by the Managing Director and the Company Board of Directors, it was decided that Bronzeshield Lifting Ltd apply for Accreditation through City & Guilds / CITB to be recognised as a Training and Testing Provider for CPCS qualifications. In 2005 Accreditation was obtained through the Awarding Bodies and Bronzeshield was Registered as a Training Provider, Centre Number 9334, delivering a wide range of Training and Assessment for subjects associated with Lifting Operations, due to changes implemented in 2008 by CITB/CPCS and following an extensive and comprehensive Audit our Training Centre was awarded CPCS Test Centre Status CPCS Test Centre no Training is available at our dedicated Centres in Kent or at your own premises. A Training Plan is in place and is reviewed regularly to establish the requirements for all our Operatives. Any Specialist Training / Accreditation requirements which do not fall within our area of expertise eg: PTS, First Aid etc, is out sourced to Accredited Providers.

7 CONSTRUCTION (DESIGN AND MANAGEMENT) REGULATIONS 2015 (CDM) Due to the nature of the work Bronzeshield is unlikely to be employed as a prime contractor under the CDM Regulations. As a Contractor Bronzeshield will co-operate with the Prime Contractor and the Planning Supervisor by providing the Risk Assessments and Methods Statements required by the terms of contract or as required by the Construction Safety Plan. In the case of Bronzeshield being appointed as Prime Contractor the Company will comply with the requirements of the pre Construction Safety Plan and require any Sub Contractors to provide copies of any Risk Assessments and Methods Statements.
