2 CYCLOPS BIN TUMBLER WORKING PHASES THE CYCLOPS IS A BIN TUMBLER DESIGNED FOR BLENDING AND HOMOGENISING POWDERS AND GRANULATES FOR THE PHARMACEUTICAL, FOOD AND CHEMICAL INDUSTRY. The machine can be installed through the wall for a highly GMP configuration and space saving in the processing area. This original system completely blocks and blends a large series of bins without the need of additional devices and spacers. As an option the dual blending inclination can be supplied. Single blending inclination As an option, the base can be supplied in AISI 304 stainless steel allowing the installation of the entire machine in the processing area. In the case of difficult product blending, the rotation axis of the Trigon System can be inclined also on the vertical plane, in order to create a double inclination rotating system (15 horizontally and 15 vertically).

4 CYCLOPS BIN TUMBLER BinLab THE CYCLOPS LAB IS A BIN TUMBLER FOR SMALL BATCHES AND LABORATORY APPLICATIONS: the machine is fitted with wheels for minimum encumbrance and easy moving within the laboratory working space. The BinLab geometry is proportional to the industrial bin, ensuring a good scaling-up. The power panel with PLC is integrated in the tumbler frame.

6 CANGURO TUMBLER This unit is a very compact pharma bin blender for powders and granules, suitable for through the wall installation. One of the main characteristics of this machine is the dual blending system: the cradle has double 15 inclination angles creating a complex asymmetric movement, therefore a higher efficient blending is obtained, particularly in the case of difficult products. The Canguro tumbler is also equipped with an over rotation feature for product levelling inside the bin. The rotation speed can be adjusted from 4 to 20 RPM according to the requirements. As an option the AGV bin loading can also be applied. A D C B THE CANGURO TUMBLER IS AN ALTERNATIVE TO THE CYCLOPS MACHINE IN CASE OF EXISTING STANDARD BINS TO BE BLENDED.

CONTROL PANEL The PLC controlled Control Panel is installed in the processing area and is equipped with HMI (Human Machine Interface) and colour touch screen. The control panel allows the storage of up to 100 recipes and batch report printing.
