4 YOUR STATUS Preferred Customer Business Partner If you have registered as Preferred Customer (you have not purchased a starter kit) you can start ordering immediately. You can buy FM Group products (Business Partner prices apply) for your own use or sell them, and gather commission for such sales. However you cannot build a sales structure you cannot sponsor new members. You can upgrade your status to a Distributor at any time by purchasing a starter kit, and providing FM Cosmetics UK with the starter kit code included in the Starter Kit case. What am I? Distributor Business Partner If you have registered as Distributor (you have purchased a starter kit) you can now start ordering the FM Group Products and build the sales structure. You can purchase FM Group products at the Business Partner prices for your own use or sell them, and gather commission for such sales. IMPORTANT After you sign the agreement and send it to the FM Cosmetics UK office, you receive an with your ID number, password to your FM Group account (Primary, also called Main Password) and the password to use the commission when placing your orders (Secondary Password). (Your ID number is a unique identification number that will allow you to place orders or obtain information about your FM account. (Primary/Main Password is a password that will allow you to log in to the website and surf the Business Partner s Zone. (Secondary Password is a password that will allow you to use your earned commission as discounts with your placed orders (for more information on commission, go to page 22). Your ID number is very important. You need to quote it each time you contact FM Cosmetics UK regardless of the reason of contacting the office. In time you will learn it by heart, but before you do, save it on your mobile phone so that you had easy access to it. 6 STARTER KIT When you sign your agreement as a Distributor Business Partner, you purchase your basic and necessary tool for work a STARTER KIT. Along with the samples of FM Group Fragrances and product catalogues, in some varieties of starter kits you receive other essential FM GROUP business materials. You can purchase a kit from your sponsor or place an order for it directly from FM Cosmetics UK. After you receive your starter kit, familiarise yourself with its content: 1. FRAGRANCE SAMPLES You will notice that the fragrance samples have coloured stickers with numbers on. This is what the sticker colour means: (Golden - Luxury Range for Women (Silver - Luxury Range for Men (Blue - Classic Range for Men 6 (Red - Classic Range for Women

8 3. STARTER CODE STARTER KIT The starter code is a code included in every starter kit, which is in a form a sticker with the combination of letters and numbers written down on it. In order to be registered as a Distributor Business Partner you have to purchase a starter kit and provide FM Cosmetics UK with the starter code included. After you purchase a starter kit, please provide us with the starter code by sending an to help@fmcosmetics.co.uk or calling our Call Centre on As soon as we assign the code to your account, you will receive a Distributor status and you will no longer be a Preferred Customer. A Distributor Business Partner can buy products at Business Partner prices and can build a sales team. When you want to sponsor new Business Partners using our official website and you already have an extra starter kit please type in the starter code onto the application form in the space provided. If you are sending a hard copy of an application form for a new Business Partner, just please put the starter code sticker onto the form. When we receive an application form with the starter code on it, the new Business Partner will be registered as Distributor instead of Preferred Customer. 8

10 THE FIRST PURCHASE ORDERING PROCESS Before you start recommending FM GROUP Products to others, you need to familiarise yourself with them. Use the products and create your own TOP PRODUCTS list that you will start recommending. Doing this will increase your credibility with your customers and your team members. IMPORTANT Before contacting our office please prepare your order first - by prepared orders we mean all the product codes (available in the catalogues), and their quantity. Choose the most convenient form of placing orders. You can do it in three ways: in person, over the phone or in our online shop. Please note we charge all Business Partners in Pound Sterling, so if you are based in a different country, the price you will pay in your currency will depend on current exchange rate. 11 In our Distributor Centre, you can place orders in person and collect the ordered items immediately. If you are sending someone else to collect your order for you, please give this person your full name and ID number. If you wish, you can place your order before the collection takes place. Please call us on before 2:00pm or write an to so that the invoice could be prepared and the payment cleared before your arrival. IMPORTANT Please check the order you are collecting here. We will not accept complaints on missing products after you have left. We do not take responsibility for any damage of products after you have left the Distributor Centre. ORDERING PROCESS 2. You will be asked for your ID number and confirmation of your details. After you place your order, our Agent will always repeat your order and we will ask you to confirm whether everything is correct. Then you will choose the method of payment and after the payment is accepted, your order will be passed to the warehouse. There, it will be packed and sent to you using DPD courier company. If you want your order dispatched on the same day, you need to place your order before 2:00 pm. If you order after 2:00 pm, it is not possible to have it sent out the same day.* IMPORTANT (When you place your order over the phone, it is always repeated for you to be sure you receive the correct items. We always ask you to confirm if there are any mistakes on the prepared invoice. So, when you receive the item you say you did not want to order, we are not responsible for the mistake, as we repeated the order to you and you had a chance to correct the mistake then. We can exchange such items (exception: see page 18), but you have to send them back to us and then we will send the replacement to you. You will need to cover the shipping costs. * Changes may apply. (Please note that the orders that you place need to be paid by account holders only and the billing address has to match the address on the FM account. If the billing address on the card used is different than the one registered on the FM account, then we will ask you to confirm your date of birth, registered address, and phone number. ORDERING PROCESS (VOID transaction - If the billing address that you provide us does not match the card number, the transaction will be voided (we will not accept the payment even though the money will have left your account; it will return within a few hours up to 10 working days). Please note that this is not up to us, but it is a security measure issued by the banking system. In such case you need to contact your bank to check the correct billing address. (Please note that by dialling number you can only order products for delivery. If your order is to be collected, please call the Distributor Centre on before 2:00 pm. 3. ORDERING ONLINE Visit our website and click on Shop Online. You will be taken to our shop where you need to log in with your ID number and main password. We accept the following methods of payment: credit/debit card (excluding Laser or American Express) and PayPal. If you want your order dispatched on the same day, you need to place your order before 2:00 pm. If you order after 2:00 pm, it is not possible to have it sent out the same day.* IMPORTANT If you place your order online and your card is declined or not accepted, your order is saved and points are allocated! Please contact the office before you place the order one more time as the points will be allocated to your ID number every time you try to order online 12 * Changes may apply. 13 Allocated points of declined card orders will be cancelled and points withdrawn after 24 hours of the order attempt. This may cause minus points on your trees if the order was made on the last day of the month. Please be careful when placing the orders online! 4. DELIVERY CHARGES If you are placing an order online and over the phone delivery charges may apply. The cost depends on the point value you collect with each order. DELIVERY TIME We aim to despatch all orders within 1 working day (Monday-Friday) if your order is received, paid for and confirmed by 2:00 pm, however we reserve the right to process your order within up to 3 working days. (If you order before 2:00 pm* on Friday you should have your parcel on Monday (this service is not guaranteed). (If you order after 2:00 pm* on Friday, on Saturday, on Sunday and on Monday before 2:00 pm* you should have your order on Tuesday (this service is not guaranteed). * Changes may apply. 14 ORDERING PROCESS (Please be aware that unpredicted delays may occur that are beyond control of both FM Cosmetics UK and DPD, such as weather conditions. Therefore, if you do not receive your order within 5 days, contact FM Cosmetics UK Customer Service Department to resolve the situation. (Customer Service Department: Tel: customerservice@fmcosmetics.co.uk IMPORTANT DPD Courier Company will send you an automatic text message with information about your parcel being booked and provide you with its consignment number which you may use to track the parcel on the courier s company website ( co.uk). On the delivery day you will receive another text message with the update on your parcel delivery stating one hour time gap. All orders sent to the Republic of Ireland and also certain areas of the UK (postcodes such as: BT, IM, IV, JE, AB30-AB38, AB44-AB56, FK17-FK99, HS1, KW1-KW17, KW27-KW28, PA20-PA49, PA60-PA78, PH18-PH26, PH30-PH44, PH49-PH50, ZE1-ZE3) should be delivered within 2 working days (again, the 2-day service is not guaranteed, please allow 4 days for the delivery). 6. CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER If you place an order, make the payment for it, and you want to add any product to your existing order it is possible only within 15 minutes after you place the order (either send an or call +44 (0) to make changes to your order). After 15 minutes we will NOT add or change anything with the previous order. If you want to cancel an order that was placed and paid for more than 15 minutes before and obtain a refund, then we will not be able to return the shipping cost to you, as we will have been charged for booking the parcel by then. Please note that regardless of the value of your order we are always charged the full price for the shipping by DPD. Any discount of the shipping is a free gift that we offer for certain number of points on your order, but we always pay the full price to DPD. 14 So if your shipping cost was reduced from 6 to 4, then after you cancel your order that was already booked, we will send you a refund of the value of the order minus 2 difference. And if your shipping was free, then we can only send you a refund of the value of the order minus 6 that we were charged while booking the parcel.

You can also exchange sealed FM Products up to maximum of 30 days from the date of purchase, except for those which are not refundable (see page 18). It means that if you buy for example a Classic Collection bottle of perfume FM18 on the first day of the month and it is still sealed, you can exchange that bottle into a different classic collection fragrance within 30 days from 1st day of the month (up to 30th). You will need to cover the shipping cost of such return or exchange. (When you place your order over the phone we always repeat it to you. When you receive an item you say you did not want to order, we are not responsible for the mistake, as we repeated the order to you and you had a chance to correct the mistake then. We can always exchange such unopened items within 30 days of purchase (exception: see page 18), but you have to send them back to us and then we will send the replacement to you. You will need to cover the shipping costs. (If on your invoice there is an item that you wanted, but you received something else instead, please contact our Customer Service Department within 24 hours from receiving your order to report that, and it will be dealt with within another 24h. The content of each parcel is photographed before being packed into the box, therefore we will always check such photograph before we contact you with the solution. Please note that if you receive an incorrect item, we may ask you to send it back to us before we will be able to exchange it into the correct product. (When you receive a faulty product, please contact our Customer Service Department within 24 hours from receiving the product. Depending on the product and its fault we might ask you to send this product back to us by post. As soon as we receive the item we will contact you to issue a refund or replacement, and of course in such case we will refund the cost of postage to you. 16 (If you believe that a fragrance you received smells differently to the perfume sample, please note that the scent of a Parfum or EDP will depend on the ph value of the skin. However, if you are sure that the scent is completely different, please send it to us by post along with the sample and we will investigate it. If the investigation proves that the smell is different, we will then send you a replacement bottle and refund

17 you the shipping charge you covered when sending the bottle to us. If however, the investigation shows that the scent is the same, we will not be able to reimburse the postage cost and we will send this bottle back to you with your next order. (FM Cosmetics UK sells make up products only via catalogues, there are no product samples (except for foundations, CC Creams or lipsticks). Please remember that the colours may be slightly different than in the catalogue. We encourage you to buy the whole range of our Make Up products and use them as your samples when selling directly to your customers. (When you receive items which are damaged, smashed or leaking, please take a picture of them and it to customerservice@fmcosmetics.co.uk within 24 hours from receiving the product. Do not forget to add your full name, ID number and a short explanation of what happened to the product, together with the invoice number on which the product has been ordered. In some cases we might ask you to send this product back to us by post. Please note that we will not accept any complaints for the damaged, smashed or leaking items without the picture. CLAIMS RETURNS EXCHANGES (In order to send products for a refund or exchange, or faulty Products to FM Cosmetics UK, Business Partners are required not only to familiarise themselves with the Return Policy, but also fill in the Return Form giving the option of clearly describing the reason for sending the products back. Before the products are sent to us along with the Return Form, please contact our Customer Service Department (tel or customerservice@fmcosmetics.co.uk) in order to inform us of the intention of sending the products. If the products are sent without prior contact, without familiarising with the Return Policy, or without the Return Form, the refund or exchange will not be issued. (If for any reason you need to send some products to us by post, remember to inform us about that first contact our Customer Service Department. If we ask you to send a product back to us, please ask for a special label at the post office to send the perfumes. Keep the receipt and proof of posting, such as tracking number. We cannot take responsibility for any loss or damage made by the Royal Mail. If your package is lost and does not reach us you will need to claim it with the post office. We will not be able to send you a refund or exchange items until we receive the products from you. (When you return unwanted products for a refund, you need to cover the shipping cost of sending the product to us. When we receive the items, we cancel the invoice that was prepared originally and create a new one without the returned products. This means that the points for the returned items are deleted. We then check the number of points gathered on the new invoice and then check what would be the shipping cost as if that was the original order. We then need to charge you the difference of the shipping cost prices if there is any. 17

CLAIMS RETURNS EXCHANGES Example 1 You placed an order for 580 points and had free delivery, but sent back for a refund 1 classic collection bottle (29 points). On the corrected invoice there are 551 points. This means that we cannot refund you 8.20, but 4.20, as we need to charge you for the shipping cost of 4 (as the order with 551 points would normally have 4 shipping cost added). 580 points - 29 points = 551 points 551 points g 4 shipping cost REFUND - 4 less You placed an order for 319 points and paid 4 for the shipping, but sent back for a refund 1 classic collection bottle (29 points). On the corrected invoice there are 290 points. This means that we cannot refund you 8.20, but 6.20, as we need to charge you for the shipping cost of 2 (difference between 6 and 4 shipping). Example points - 29 points = 290 points 290 points g 6 shipping cost REFUND - 2 less Example 3 You placed an order for 379 points and paid 4 for the shipping, but sent back for a refund 1 classic collection bottle (29 points). On the corrected invoice there are 350 points. This means that we can refund you 8.20, as the shipping cost for orders with 350 points is still 4 that you have paid already. 379 points - 29 points = 350 points 350 points g still 4 shipping cost FULL REFUND We will not accept returns of opened products. Some of the FM Products like: Spa Senses Shower Gels, CC Creams, Silicone Base, Antiperspirant Foot Spray, hair fragrances, Skin Lab Mattifying Face Cream, Shaving Foam, liquid soaps, Furniture Cleaner, Leather Wax Conditioner, Anti- Mist Foam, Ironing Spray, Cockpit Cleaner, Drain Cleaner, WC cleaning gel, Home Perfumes, Pet Care products, TT FM Collection Face Cream, Face Serum and Volcanic Stones, and then certain FM Make Up Products, such as eyeshadows, foundations, lip glosses, mascaras, nail lacquers, all eye and lip pencils, tattoo tints, Glow Powder Pearls, make up bases, powders, blushes and all other products where usage is not possible to recognise, are not exchangeable and not refundable for hygienic reasons. 18 Please note that certain products on promotions may also be not exchangeable or refundable, but whether or not the returns or exchanges of these products would be accepted, will be stated in the Terms and Conditions of the particular promotion.

20 YOUR STRUCTURE Once you are convinced that FM GROUP products are exceptional and very useful, you can start recommending them to others: your family, friends, colleagues or neighbours. Finding a customer for high quality everyday use products is not difficult at all. And this is how if you wish you can start earning money by distributing products: as a Business Partner you buy products for lower prices and sell them for higher prices. You keep the difference in prices, so that is your direct profit. YOUR STRUCTURE To achieve even better financial outcome, you can start building teams. Building teams is just encouraging new people to start doing what you do using and selling FM GROUP Products and, if they want finding team members, too. In this way you become a Sponsor a person who takes care of the team members. Apart from the commission you earn on personal purchases, you can also receive commission for purchases made in your effectively working group that achieves a certain FM Group effectiveness level (see Marketing Plan booklet for more details). Your team members and the people sponsored by them are also entitled to commission. Together you work towards your shared successes. The details on building structures can be found in the Marketing Plan Booklet. REMEMBER According to our Marketing Plan you collect points for purchasing certain FM GROUP Products. You have to remember that you collect points from the first to the last day of the month and every month you start from the beginning. For example: In April you gathered 400 personal points. After the month has finished, the commission for these points has been calculated according to the Marketing Plan. On the 1st May, you will have 0 points - the points from previous months will not accumulate. 20

22 COMMISSION PAYMENT COMMISSION PAYMENT In the accounting period that lasts from the first until the last day of the month, you gather points for purchases made by you and your team members. The sum of these points will determine which effectiveness level you have reached in a particular month. The effectiveness level of you and your team members will determine how high your commission will be. You can track the value of your commission on your current tree throughout the month after you log in to the official website with your ID number and password. All FM Cosmetics UK Business Partners can track the commission level, pound value and collected group points for the current month by clicking on Current Tree section. Commission is paid after the 6th of every month. Please allow 10 days to get your commission (all commissions are usually paid before 16th of every month). You will be able also to see your previous month in archival tree after the 6th day of every month. Otherwise, each time you want to retrieve your commission, you will need to let us know. If you do not, it will stay in your FM account and accumulate. You can get your earned commission in four ways: As a discount given on future purchases Given discount is the exact amount of earned commission but it cannot exceed 50% of one order value. All products purchased using the discount have the same points as normal. Money Transfer Provide us with the account number and sort code of the current account you want the transfer to be sent to. IMPORTANT: Bank fees apply in case of International Transfers bank fee will be deducted from the total of your commission. Cheque Payment You need to let us know if you want us to issue a cheque with your commission. We will then send the cheque to your home address by post. PayPal Provide us with the adress your PayPal account is registered to and we will send your commission there. IMPORTANT: PayPal fees apply - they will be deducted from the total of your commission. 22 If you want to receive the commission to your bank account automatically every month please send an to office@fmcosmetics.co.uk and we will put your name on an automatic transfer list. 150 personal points is what you need within every 12 months since joining FM Group to stay active. 50 personal points is what you need within every calendar month to receive commission of your group points in a particular month.

24 FM COSMETICS UK WEBSITE FM COSMETICS UK WEBSITE To use the website to its full potential you will need your individual ID number and password that you received in your welcoming right after your registration with FM Cosmetics UK. With your ID number and password you can log in at and surf the Business Partner s Zone only available after logging in. From here you will be able to track the progress of your team at all times. You have an option of changing your password and having it saved by FM Cosmetics UK. Remember that every 60 days the password will be reset for security reasons and you will be required to change it. The official FM Cosmetics UK website, is the main source of information on promotions, incentive programmes, meetings, stock, events, trainings and other tools. It is there that we will publish all the changes, information about new products and all the news. Please log in to the website as often as possible so that you stay updated. 24

INCENTIVE PROGRAMMES FM COSMETICS UK WEBSITE We have created Incentive Programmes to support you in the development of your team and sales. Thanks to different difficulty levels we have adjusted them to different needs and different effectiveness levels. On every step of the way with the FM Group you have the chance to participate in at least one Incentive Programme. We made the Incentives easy to identify by putting colour strips as follows: (YELLOW - Incentive Programmes that are simple and easy to follow, designed for new FM GROUP Members who have just started their journey with FM GROUP, and also for Business Partners who often purchase FM GROUP Products, and for those who encourage new Members to active participation in yellow programmes. 25

28 REGISTRATION Think of the people who you would like to introduce to the possibilities that cooperation with FM GROUP offers. Write down their names, set up a day and also the order in which you want to contact them. Once someone has decided to join FM GROUP, make sure they register correctly. APPLICATION FORM (When your structure is growing and you have more potential Business Partners who would like to join FM Cosmetics UK, you may decide that you do not want to sponsor them directly under your own Business Partner Number. You may choose to start sponsoring deeper in your structure and if you do, you become a Recruiter. RECRUITER The Recruiter is a Distributor Business Partner who introduces new members to FM GROUP, but registers them not directly under their Business Partner Number, but under another Business Partner in his/her Team (who in turn becomes the new member s Sponsor). For example: John introduces Tom to the business and registers him under his downline Mary. This makes Mary Tom s Sponsor, while John is Tom s Recruiter. RECRUITER OF THE NEW MEMBER SPONSOR NEW MEMBER SPONSOR OF THE NEW MEMBER (To register new candidates in your structure please visit our official website and click Join Us, or visit Then you will be able to start the online application process. 28

29 The first window that will appear, Welcome to the Online Registration with FM Cosmetics UK, will guide you through the process of the registration, it will provide you with basic terms and conditions, and also enable you to view FM GROUP Club Regulations, Marketing Plan and Code of Ethics, and other important documents. STEP 1 29

30 Please, familiarise yourself with all these regulations. If you do not understand any provisions of the provided documents, please contact your sponsor or our office and do not fill in the application form. However, if everything is clear, you can click I have read and accept the conditions of the Agreement and you will be taken to the actual application form where you can type in the required personal details. STEP 2 Click if you agree to the conditions of the Agreement. The first question on the form is about your sponsor the person who you will join under. In Multi-Level Marketing, under the rules of which FM GROUP operates, the sponsor is very important. This is why if you do not have a sponsor, you will be asked to contact our office and you will not be able to fill in the form. However, if you do have a sponsor, please type in his/her Business Partner Number and name, and also your Recruiter s number and name. Please note that if the Recruiter is the same person as the Sponsor, you will not need to fill in the spaces with Recruiter s details. STEP 3 Details of the person you will join under. Details of the person who introduced you to the business. 30 The next part of the form will concern your personal details. Firstly, type in your full name. Then, if applicable, type in the company name, company number and VAT registration number (if you do not want to register your company, then leave these spaces blank). Next, fill in your date of birth and billing address.

31 STEP 4 Fill in your details. Check twice to make sure there is no spelling mistake. Then, if you would like us to save an alternative address on your account (especially for deliveries), please type in the details of the shipping address (only if different than billing address). STEP 5 Main address that will be registered on your FM Cosmetics account, on which you invoices will be issued. Address where you want your parcels to be delivered to. Next, you will see the spaces for bank details. Filling them in is optional, it is just for us to pay you your commission when you earn some. We will not use these details to take any payment from you. STEP 6 This is where your commission will be paid to. 31

32 The following part of the application form will concern your future account status Preferred Customer Business Partner or Distributor Business Partner. Choose your status. STEP 7 Lastly, you will be asked to read the remaining part of our terms and conditions, click to agree and sign electronically. When you have checked all the details and you are ready to submit the form, please click on Register. STEP 8 Go through our Terms & Conditions. Remember to sign the form. 32

33 If any of the fields has not been filled in correctly, you will be taken back to amend that, however if everything is correct, the form will be sent to us. At the same time, you will receive an automatic confirming that your form has reached us. This message will contain the Activation Link. Click here to activate your registration. You will need to click on it to confirm that you are willing to register as the FM GROUP Club Member. As soon as we receive the notification of you clicking the activation link, we will be able to finalise the registration process. IMPORTANT Please note, that your form will only be processed from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. If we require any further details or confirmation, we will contact you by . If some details are missing or misspelt on the application form, this may cause a delay, as we always need to contact the new candidate by to verify the details before such form can be processed. In case of no delays, we will process your form and you will be sent an with your Business Partnership Agreement attached as PDF file. Within further two/three hours you will receive another that will provide you with your unique Business Partner number and passwords. Also, your sponsor will receive an with confirmation that a new team member has been added to his/her structure. Once the application form is processed, on your Current Tree (available to view on after logging in) the details of the new person will appear along with their new ID number. At the same time the system will automatically send a welcoming to the new candidate with their ID number and password. Please note that if the new member restricted his/her personal details, on your current tree you will only see his/her Business Partner Number. 33

Remember to sign your application form (Once a new candidate is visible on your Current Tree, next to their ID number you will see a particular status colour. GREEN New Business Partner who joined FM GROUP not longer than 3 months ago. PINK / LILAC Inactive Business Partner, who within 12 months since joining FM GROUP (or since the anniversary of joining FM GROUP) has not made a personal purchase of FM GROUP Products worth 150 points. Inactive Business Partners will be removed from the trees. ORANGE Preferred Customer Business Partner who can purchase products and collect points, however cannot build a sales team under his/her account and make profit out of it (cannot sponsor new members). 34

35 PERSONAL DETAILS Please make sure that all the details on your FM GROUP account are correct and updated. If you see on your account any incorrect information, or you have changed your address or mobile number, please contact us as soon as possible to update your details. When you want to make any changes on your account, we will always ask you to confirm your ID number, name, currently registered address, phone number and date of birth. If any of these details do not match to what we have in the data base, we will not be able to give you any information about this account, and you will not be able to place orders on this account. These are security questions, so you need to give us the correct answers. If you give us a different date of birth than the one we received on your registration form (for example, it is possible that your sponsor made a typing mistake while filling in the application form on your behalf), before you can use your account again, we will need you to send to us a copy of a document proving your real date of birth (such as passport or driving licence) and a brand new application form with your signature this will be the confirmation for us that the details are genuine. When we receive these documents then you will be able to use your account again. MISCELLANEOUS (INTERNATIONAL SPONSORING POSSIBILITIES FM GROUP gives you the opportunity to build sales network structure all around the world. If you have friends or family who live abroad, you can also invite them to join your team. On website in section FM GROUP World you can check in which countries FM GROUP has its branches. This is not complicated. You only need to fill in the application form with the interested candidate and send it to the address of the particular branch. Such application will be processed within 24 hours from its arrival and you will be able to see the details of your new team member on your Current Tree. In many FM GROUP branches there is an option of registering new candidates online (the details can be found on the particular branch s website). 35

36 In order to obtain more details on sending parcels abroad, please contact our Call Centre or write to If your candidate lives in a country where FM GROUP does not have a branch, you can register him/her in the UK, however we will not be able to send parcels outside the EU. Candidates from outside the EU will be asked to arrange the shipping themselves. (CHANGING YOUR FM GROUP BRANCH If you move to a different country where FM GROUP also has its branch, you do not need to quit your FM GROUP business. You can take your FM account with you! Just use your gathered commission, fill in 3 documents (a registration form of the new branch and also change of residence step 1 and 2 available on the website in section Downloads/ Documents and Files) and send these to the FM GROUP branch you want to transfer to. Between 4th and 10th day of the new month, your account will be transferred and you will keep your sponsor, your ID number and password, and your sales team. (RESIGNING FROM FM GROUP REGISTRATION If for some reason you would like to resign from FM GROUP, you can do it at any time without any consequences. You will only need to provide FM Cosmetics UK with a signed resignation letter that is available on our official website ( in section Downloads/Documents and Files (if we do not have your signed registration form in our records than you will also be required to send us a copy of your passport or driving licence). As soon as we receive this letter from you we will contact you to confirm that you would definitely like to resign and if you confirm it, your FM Account will be deleted from the data base. REMEMBER If you decide to join us again, you will be able to do so after 6 months from your resignation. It is illegal for a promoter or a participant in a trading scheme to persuade anyone to make a payment by promising benefits from getting others to join a scheme. Do not be misled by claims that high earnings are easily achieved. 36

39 PLACING ORDERS IN THE DISTRIBUTOR CENTRE In our Distributor Centre you can place orders in person and collect the ordered items immediately. If you are sending someone else to collect your order for you, please give this person your full name and ID number. If you wish, you can place your order before the collection takes place. Please call us on before 2:00 pm or send an to so that the invoice could be prepared and the payment made before your arrival. To place an order in the Distributor Centre, please prepare your order on a special order form. You can download it from our Downloads section on co.uk or receive it in the Distributor Centre. Just give this order form to the member of Staff at any counter and the order will be processed smoothly and quickly. If you do not have your order written down on this special form we will kindly ask you to rewrite your order onto the form. We will not accept orders made in person that are not prepared on this form. IMPORTANT Please check the order you are collecting here. We will not accept any complaints about missing products after you have left the Distributor Centre. We do not take responsibility for any damage of products during the transport after you have left the Distributor Centre. MEETING ROOMS In the Distributor Centre, there are 2 meeting rooms for the use of promoting FM GROUP by our Business Partners. Both meeting rooms can hold up to 10 people (maximum 12 people including the host. These meeting rooms can to be booked free of charge, but the booking needs to take place at least two weeks in advance. The meetings can only take place within opening hours of the Distributor Centre. Before you book the room, please familiarise yourself with the Terms and Conditions of the Distributor Centre and meeting rooms. 42 POWER POINT PRESENTATIONS Not sure how to start? We have prepared several Power Point Presentations that may prove helpful. There are two types of presentations available to download from our website ( in Corporate Training tab. The first type is dedicated to FM GROUP Products, their characteristics and beneficial features. The second type shows techniques that you can apply when dealing with your new customers or potential Business Partners. Other tools that will help you take the next step in FM GROUP are Check List & Contact List (see below). CHECK LIST The fastest way to plan your work is to create a check list. The first check list is all about you. Tick all the points from the check list after you manage to achieve each goal. This way you will know how fast you are broadening your knowledge on specific subjects. Then create a check list for your Business Partners who will complete their own tasks with your help. The best list will contain tasks for your Business Partner and yourself. If you do this your Business Partner will feel supported and will see that not only he/she has things to do. This will prove you are a team. 43 If you wish you can expand your check list with the following tasks: (Have you started wearing FM fragrances? (Have you begun to show the fragrance samples, catalogues etc. to people you know to generate orders? (Do you know where the nearest FM meetings and trainings to you are taking place? (Is there anything you want to ask? Have you contacted your Sponsor or other team members about it? This is your own business, the amount of money you earn will depend on the time and effort you put into the business, but the pace at which you build it is entirely up to you. CONTACT LIST A contact list is a very useful tool. It will allow you to contact your first potential customers or Business Partners quickly. Simply tell people how satisfied you are with the products and offer them a chance to try them out. This will be the first step towards showing them the FM GROUP Products. When you see that your friends or colleagues are happy with the products, you can start selling them the products on a regular basis and treat them as your customers. Then, you can decide whether to introduce them to the business and show them the prospect of earning money by building teams. Remember that your contact list will be changing, which means that some people you contact will start working with you, and some will not be interested. Keep adding new names to the list. How to find new contacts? You can start with the address book in your mobile phone, account, calendar or Facebook profile or Twitter. You can also try our ideas that you will find below. Remember, it is all about the quality of the contacts, not the amount of them! GUIDE HOW TO START 43

44 A well-prepared contact list will save you some time and increase your chances to work with people who could have the same business goals as you do. You can fill out YOUR CONTACT LIST. This simple table can be really helpful. Think for a minute whether the person you have met fits the following statements and check X at the correct cells from A to F. A) He/she is in touch with you every day, week, month B) He/she trusts you. C) He/she is full of energy, optimism, enthusiasm. D) He/she has a large family, many friends and acquaintances. E) He/she needs to earn extra money, is ready to take on extra work. F) He/she has a lot of free time for extra work. People who score the highest number of X s should be marked as your HIGH PRIORITY contacts. These are the people you should start your business with. After the meeting you can assess whether a person is interested only in purchasing products (being a customer), or would like to recommend the products and build his/her own group of ambitious people just like you and become a Business Partner. The result should be put down on your list. If a person from your list is not interested in becoming a Business Partner or customer, ask for RECOMMENDATIONS. 46 FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) Q) I have not got any money to buy the kit! A) You really need this business. Why don t you have a party or show catalogues and samples around for me and from the commission earned you will be able to buy a kit? There is such potential for you then. Q) I am really busy and haven t got the time! A) There are 24 hours in a day, it s about putting aside some time each day that will help you to get out of the situation you are in. I cut out some TV initially to make time and now I m seeing great results. Q) I cannot make a decision now until I have spoken to my husband / wife first. A) I can arrange a time to show the business plan to you both together. Q) It sounds like a pyramid scheme! A) A pyramid is illegal. It is where people used to buy large stock and then sell it on at higher price to the next person. It meant the person who bought the stock first always made more money than the person who was the last to buy the stock. But with FM there is no need to buy lots of stock. We all pay the same cost prices. GUIDE HOW TO START 46 Q) I don t like selling! A) Most people don t. With FM you can use the products yourself. Then just recommend them to family and friends like you would a good restaurant or a film. Q) I don t think I can do this! A) It s free to register. Why don t you try some of the products for yourself? Once you believe in the products the recommending comes naturally. Then you will be able to share this opportunity with others. Q) I have never heard of FM! A) That is because we don t spend money on expensive advertising, instead we use the word of mouth recommendation. You know satisfied people recommending the products. It is a fast growing international company in over 50 countries worldwide. Q) Why are FM perfumes not stocked at the high street stores? A) FM decided the best way to move its products is through Network Marketing. If they chose to go through the high street chains there would be costly advertising, celebrity endorsements to pay for and expensive demonstration counters. There are webinars, downloads of presentations and full upline support team. Q) Some of the FM fragrances remind me of other brands, why is this? A) All fragrances fall into the same family groups, you can t copyright a type of smell, and with 150 unique FM fragrances some other brands may well produce fragrances that smell like our ones. Q) Is there alcohol in the perfume? A) Yes, most fragrances people buy have alcohol in. The alcohol in FM perfumes has been denatured, so it cannot be drunk internally. In other words if you tried to drink it you would be sick. Q) I get allergic reactions to some perfumes! A) Because we care about our customers and because of more and more allergic reactions to many chemical substances, we recommend that the customers decide themselves whether to use the product or not, and beforehand check the ingredients of the product that are listed on every packaging (especially the content of allergens ingredients of fragrance compositions that the customer may be allergic to). FM Cosmetics UK always advises to carry out a skin test before using the perfume. Put a small amount of perfume on your upper arm and leave it for 24 hours. See if you react to it.
