1 Becoming a FREZZOR Ambassador/Distributor Becoming a FREZZOR Independent Distributor and starting YOUR very own home-based business is easy. Simply complete the online FREZZOR Application and submit the Annual Distributor Fee and you ll be ready to enjoy the benefits of being a FREZZOR Independent Distributor. All FREZZOR Independent Distributors receive a personalized replicated website that will tag every one of your Customers and Distributors to your Account. You will have access to your own Back Office to view your Downline, Commissions, Orders, and ewallet (Bank Account in the Cloud where FREZZOR will pay your Commissions). As an Independent FREZZOR Distributor you are eligible to participate in the FREZZOR Compensation Plan. FREZZOR guarantess that it will pay out 40% of global network marketing sales to its Distributors. Customer Sales FREZZOR makes earning Commissions on Customer Sales incredibly simple. FREZZOR will take the responsibility for Order Fulfillment and Payment Processing. All you have to do is refer your Customers to your customized website and we will take care of the rest. Your Customer can either order as a Retail Customer (one-time order) and pay the Suggested Retail Price and FREZZOR will pay you 15% of the sale price or your Customer can sign up on Autoship and become a Preferred Customer which entitles them to purchase products at the same low price as a Distributor and FREZZOR will pay you 20% of the sale price. Distributors also have the option to physically purchase product from FREZZOR at either the Distributor Price or Bulk Buy/Doctors Discount and then resell it at or above the Suggested Retail Price and can keep the difference between the Purchased Price and the Suggested Retail Price as their profit. Customer Sales Commission Matching FREZZOR will reward you with Customer Sales Commission Matching on your First Four Levels of Distributor s Customers. You will be paid a 25% Commission Matching Bonus on all of the Customer Sales Commissions earned by your First Level Personally Enrolled Distributors, 10% on all of the Customer Sales Commissions earned by your Second Level Personally Enrolled Distributors, 10% on all of the Customer Sales Commissions earned by your Third Level Personally Enrolled Distributors, and 5% on all of the Customer Sales Commissions earned by your Fourth Level Personally Enrolled Distributors. Team Commissions FREZZOR Team Commissions will pay up to 30% in commissions, based on the orders of your Distributors in your first Five Levels of the FREZZOR Uni-Level Tree and are paid weekly. With FREZZOR s Uni-Level Tree, a Distributor can Personally Enroll as many Distributors as they wish on their First Level. Each time a new Distributor is Personally Enrolled they create a new Leg in their Uni-Level Tree. 3 Global Pool Commissions FREEDOM PLAN FREZZOR Global Pool Commissions are based on the chart below. A Distributor can earn Shares in each Pool based on the FREEDOM Points generated in their organization as long as they meet the requirements below. For example, if you have 15,000 FREEDOM Points (using a maximum of 4,000 FREEDOM Points per Personally Enrolled Leg) generated in your downline you will earn 1 Share in the Silver Wings Pool and 15 Shares in the Bronze Wings Pool. At the end of the month FREZZOR will calculate the Global Pool Commissions (approximately 10% of Global Netowrk Marketing Sales) and each Pool will be paid the percentage below. This amount will be divided by the total number of Shares in each Pool and paid out to each qualifying Distributor. A Distributor can utilize 100% of the Freedom Points from their Personal Orders, Personally Enrolled Customer Orders, Personally Enrolled Distributors and their Customers, 80% from your Second Level Distributors and Customers, 60% from your Third Level Distributors and Customers, 40% from your Fourth Level Distributors and Customers, 20% from your Fifth Level Distributors and Customers, and 5% from all remaining levels. Global Pools Commissions are paid monthly and you must be an Active Distributor to be eligible for this payout. FREZZOR guarantees that it will pay out 40% of global network marketing sales to its Distributors and the overage or underage will be added to or subtracted from the Bronze Wings Pool. 12 Glossary FREEDOM PLAN Leg: When a Distributor Personally Enrolls a new Distributor on their First Level they create a new Leg in their FREZZOR Uni-Level Tree making their Tree wider. Active: Distributors will be considered Active for the current week and the next three weeks if they purchase at least $98 worth of FREZZOR products. Freedom Points: Whenever an eligible item is purchased, Freedom Points are earned. A Distributor s personal Freedom Points do not count towards Freedom Advancement. Weekly Pay Period: Weekly Pay Periods are from Monday 12:00 AM PST to Sunday 11:59 PM PST. Commissions are paid 10 days after the pay period ends. Personally Enrolled: When a Distributor directly Enrolls another Distributor or Customer on their First Level. Distributor: Anyone can become a FREZZOR Independent Distributor. All that is required is that the individual be 18 years of age and have a valid SSN or TIN (SSN and TIN required for US Distributors only) and submit a FREZZOR Application with the required sign up fee. Preferred Customer (Autoship): Any Customer who is Enrolled in the Autoship Program. All Preferred Customers pay the same price for Products as Distributors. Retail Customer: Any Customer who is Not Enrolled in the Autoship Program. All Retail Customers pay the Suggested Retail Price for all Products.
