1 SONY EUROPE PS4 GAME Competition From 2 May to 13 July 2014 Article 1: Nature of the event SONY EUROPE LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales under no , with its registered office located at The Heights, Brooklands, Weybridge, Surrey KT13 0XW, England (hereinafter referred to as the "Organiser"), is organising, according to the terms set out below, from 2 May 2014 to midnight on 13 July 2014 inclusive, a promotion entitled "SONY EUROPE PS4 GAME " (hereinafter referred to as the "Competition"). Article 2: Participation Participation in the Competition is only open to adults (i.e any person having reached the age of 18) who purchase a new Sony product eligible for this Competition (see article 6) in Metropolitan France (including Corsica and Monaco but excluding DOM-TOM), the United Kingdom, Greece, Poland, Spain, Portugal, Austria or Ireland. Staff of any 3rd party company involved in the organisation of the Competition are excluded from participation in this Competition. Article 3: Applicable law This Competition is subject to the applicable national regulations transposed from Directive 2005/29/EC, of 11 May 2005, concerning unfair commercial practices and any other applicable Directives on the protection of consumers, as well as the principles of the Consolidated ICC Code, version of September 2011, on advertising and marketing communication practices. A version of these rules is available in the national languages of each of the countries involved. In the event of discrepancies between the versions, the French language version will prevail. Article 4: How to enter To participate, it is necessary: To purchase a new Sony television eligible for this Competition (see list in article 6) between May 2nd 2014 and midnight July 13th 2014 inclusive; To complete the entry form on the website by midnight 31st July 2014 at the latest; To provide the Device ID number which appears on the menu of the television (explanation on how to access that number is provided on the website and in store); And to electronically validate the entry form and confirm the registration on the website. Only one entry per television purchased is allowed. An entry is not deemed to be valid when the participant returns the television to the retailer and receives a full refund.

2 Article 5: Selection of winners The selection of winners is done per participating country, for each of the eight countries participating in the Competition. The selection of winners is made randomly and takes place on the basis of an instant win. An instant win is triggered for every sequence of five entry form validations. It corresponds to the fifth validation recorded. The participant who enters the fifth validation will win the prize and will be informed immediately about it. The winner will be sent a winning entry code. A confirmation will be sent to the address provided on the entry form. This outlines how the prize will be delivered. Article 6: Eligible Sony products in the Competition All 42-inch and above SONY BRAVIA televisions marketed by the Organiser from April 2014 in the list below are eligible products for the purposes of this Competition. The number of prizes available is equal to the number of winning entries. No financial compensation and no alternative prize may be requested in place of the assigned prize. Article 8: Prizes delivery Winners must send their claim by registered post or by any other method offering equivalent delivery guarantees to: Custom Solutions, Program Sony PS4 Game, PO Box 1099, Bedford, MK42 7XR, England The claim, which must be sent by midnight 17 August 2014, shall include: A photocopy of the purchase receipt for the Sony television eligible for this Competition The Organiser reserves the right to request the original receipt for the purpose of verification; and The printed entry form or winning entry code copied onto a blank sheet of paper.

4 In the event of an incomplete claim, the winner will be informed via letter or and he/she will be given a deadline of (ten) 10 calendar days in which to resolve any issues and to send a new claim that meets these requirements. In no event shall the Organiser be held liable for problems related to the postal delivery of claims (delay, loss etc.). In case of any questions, participants may contact: Article 9: Reimbursement of competition-related costs Competition-related costs incurred by winners (expressly excluding the purchase price of the television as well as any accessories) will be reimbursed within a maximum of (twelve) 12 weeks upon request and upon presentation of original documents. Article 10: Delivery of prizes Prizes will be sent within a maximum period of four weeks from receipt of a correct claim, to the address provided on the entry forms. Upon receipt of delivery, the content of the packages should be checked carefully. In the event of any issues, specifically in cases of damage or missing prize, the participant must notify the carrier at the time of delivery. Prizes that are not claimed by their winners or that are returned to the Organiser by the appointed delivery service, for whatever reason, will be considered as abandoned by their recipients and will not be put back into play. Article 11: Responsibility The Organiser shall in no way be held liable if, in the case of force majeure, events beyond its control or justifiable necessity, it is forced to cancel this Competition with or without prior warning, or to suspend, shorten or extend the Competition, or to modify the terms. The Organiser cannot be held responsible for any malfunction of the Internet network preventing the correct functioning of the Competition, in particular any malfunction due to external acts with malicious intent. The Organiser will make every effort to allow access to the competition website. To that end, it shall not be held responsible in the event of any malfunction of the Internet network that is beyond its control. In all cases, if correct administrative and/or technical functioning is disrupted by a virus, computer bug, unauthorised human intervention or any other cause beyond the control of the Organiser, the Organiser reserves the right to end the Competition. If it appears that fraud has taken place, the Organiser may undertake any checks it deems to be useful and it reserves the right not to award prizes to fraudulent parties and/or to bring proceedings against these parties before competent jurisdiction.

5 An explicit reminder is given that the Internet network is not a secure network. The Organiser shall therefore not be held responsible for contamination by any viruses or intrusion by a third party into the terminal systems of Competition participants. Addenda or modifications to these rules may be published during the Competition. They will be considered as supplementary clauses to these rules. These rules may be found on the competition website: Participation in the Competition implies unreserved and unrestricted acceptance of all clauses of the rules. Any difficulties regarding the application of these rules will be settled by the final decision of the Organiser. Except in the case of clear errors, it is understood that information originating from the Organiser's information systems serves as probative evidence.
