1 General Terms and Conditions for the Promotion TNT Greece 1. Applicability These general terms and conditions apply to the promotional campaign 70th Anniversary of TNT with TNT, hereafter promotion, organized by TNT TNT Express Worldwide N.V, Taurusavenue 111, 2132 LS Hoofddorp, Netherlands, hereafter TNT. By participating in the promotion, the participant agrees with these terms and conditions. 2. Promotion 2.1 This promotion is organized by TNT. 2.2 This promotion is valid from 1 February 2016 until 29 April 2016, hereafter promotion period and consists of thirteen (13) separate draws. 2.3 With each draw the participant can win either 1 (one) large TNT branded barbecue including barbecue apron and barbecue tools with a value of [EUR 122/local currency equivalent] excl. VAT each or 1 (one) of 3 (three) small TNT branded barbecue with a value of [EUR 50/local currency equivalent] excl. VAT each. 3. Rules of participation 3.1 Participation in the promotion is reserved for companies based in [insert relevant country]. Only the company itself can participate in the promotion. Individual employees of the company are excluded from participation. TNT companies and/or TNT employees and/or independent subcontractors engaged by TNT are excluded from participation. 3.2 Participation in the promotion is free of charge and does not oblige to any additional purchase. 3.3 In order to participate in the Promotion the participant has to fill out the online application form via and a TNT consignment number. With each TNT consignment number, the participant will participate in the drawings - 13 in total - which will take place every week on Friday during period of the campaign. Participants who enter a TNT consignment numbers with a shipping date as of 1 February 2016 are eligible for winning a prize. 3.4 If a participant is a winner of a draw in connection with the promotion then that participant is not eligible to win any further prizes in connection with the promotion. 3.5 In case the participant is a winner he will receive a confirmation by an confirming the date of the draw and the announcement he won. 3.6 In the relevant promotion period the winner will be designated from all the submitted TNT consignment numbers by an independent 3 rd party. 3.7 TNT will inform the winner of the prize by and/or published on TNT s website one (1) week after expiry of the relevant promotion period. The winner will receive the prize personally via a TNT employee.

2 3.7 If the winner cannot be contacted within four (4) weeks after the draw or the winner is unable to accept the prize within four (4) weeks, his right to the prize will automatically lapse. In such case, a new draw will take place. 3.8 The prize is personal and is registered in the name of the winner. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or payable in cash or in other products or services. 3.9 The result of the draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding results, other than in respect of complaints as stated in clause Liability 4.1 TNT is in no way liable for damages, direct and/or indirect, resulting from participation in the promotion, nor for any technical malfunctions, failures or delays with respect to participation in the promotion or designation of the winner. In addition, participation in the promotion and/or use of the prize is entirely at the own risk of the winners and for their own account. TNT is not liable for any damages, direct and/or indirect, arising from or in any way connected with the prize. 4.2 The prize is awarded in its current state. TNT is not responsible for any visible or hidden defects in the prize, or for any damage resulting from delivery (shipping) of the prize. 5. Data protection TNT will collect and process the personal data of the participant solely for the purpose of the promotion and in accordance with the privacy statement on [our website-see separate privacy statement]. Any use is confidential and in accordance with applicable laws. 6. Complaints TNT manages the action with utmost care. Anyone who considers the promotion non-compliant with the applicable laws and regulations may file a written complaint to TNT, PO Box 13000, 1100 KG Amsterdam, The Netherlands. 7. Final provisions 7.1 These terms and conditions are construed in accordance with the Greek law. 7.2 These terms and conditions can be amended by TNT. The terms and conditions will not be amended to the detriment of the participants during the promotion period. 7.3 TNT reserves the right to terminate the promotion at any time. TNT will inform participants thereof. 7.4 If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceabe to any extent, TNT shall construe such provision to the extent reasonably required to render it valid, enforceable and consistent with its original intent. Such invalidity or unenforeability will not affect any other provision of these terms and conditions. 7.5 Taxes and/or other financial obligations arising from participation in the promotion and/or as a result of the receipt and/or use of the prize will be borne by the participant.

3 7.6 Greek law applies to these terms and conditions of the promotion. Any dispute arising out or in connection with the promotion or these general terms and conditions shall exclusively be submitted to the competent court in Athens.
