General Terms Terms and Conditions for Participating in the Salomon Play for More contest ("Terms") By participating in the Salomon Play for More contest ("Promotion"), you accept these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before participating. If you do not agree to the Terms, you may not participate in the Promotion. These Terms govern the relationship between you ("you" or the "Participant") and Salomon SAS, ZA les Croiselets, 14 chemin des Croiselets, 74370, Epagny Metz-Tessy, France ("Organizer") in relation to the Promotion. Questions and feedback about the Promotion may be brought to the attention of the Organizer through the aforementioned contact details. The Promotion begins on March 28 th, 2018 at 1.00pm (CET) and ends on May 22 nd, 2018 at 1:00pm (CET) (inclusive) ("Promotion Period"). Only entries received within the Promotion Period will be taken into account. The Promotion promotes all Salomon products that are sold on our e-commerce website related to the needs of a running distance from 5 kilometers to over 15 kilometers (or from 3,11 to over 9.32 miles). 2. Right to Participate The Promotion is open to individuals who are legal residents of France, United Kingdom, United States of America, Germany, Austria and Spain who are over the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence. The Organizer may require winners to certify their eligibility to participate in the Promotion. Employees, representatives and agents of the Organizer or those of any of its affiliates, as well as the immediate family (defined as parents, siblings, children and spouses, regardless of where they live) or households (whether or not related) of such employees, representatives and agents and anyone otherwise connected with the operation or fulfillment of the Promotion, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. Any illegible entries will be held void. If you have participated to the promotion, took part in the draw and won, you may participate to the other challenges but you will not be selected as a winner. Instructions for Participation To participate to the Promotion, you must install the Sports Tracker app on your mobile phone and be able to run from 5 kilometers to over 15 kilometers (or from 3,11 to over 9.32 miles) during the Promotion period, beginning March 28 th, 2018 at 1.00pm (CET) and ending May 22 nd, 2018 at 1:00pm (CET) Step 1: Download the Sports Tracker application either through an application store or through the link that will be available on the How to Trail Run platform: howtotrailrun.salomon.com or through the Salomon newsletter if you are currently subscribed or you are already a Sports Tracker user. Step 2: Once you have your Sports Tracker application, you ll receive a notification after March 28th, 2018 from Salomon, and a pop-in message in the Sports Tracker application where you will have to confirm your participation to the Promotion. Once confirmed, you will then have to accept the terms and conditions of participation to the Promotion. Those who have accepted the terms and conditions and to participate through the Opt-in will receive the weekly challenges notifications during the Promotion period from March 28 th, 2018 at 1.00pm (CET) to May 22 nd, 2018 at 1:00pm (CET). Step 3: The Promotion requires running from 5 to 9,99 km (or from 3,11 to 6,21 miles), 10 to 14,99 km (from 6,22 to 9,31 miles) or over 15 kilometers (or over 9,32 miles) and registering and tracking it on your Sports Tracker application. Participants will have to run between Wednesday 1:00am and Sunday 12:00am of each week of the Promotion - (week 13 to week 21). Each week, the random draw will take place on Monday. Then, on Tuesday, the winners will be announced by Sports Tracker. The next challenge will be launched on the following Wednesday for another 5 days period. See below the global planning for the 8 weeks of the Promotion. - If user runs from 5 to 9,99 km, user is eligible for 5 Km category - If user runs from 10 to 14,99 km, user is eligible for 10 Km category - If user runs over 15 km, user is eligible for 15 Km category

Any illegible or fraudulent entries will be rejected. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost, delayed, damaged, corrupted, illegible or incomplete entry forms, which shall be disqualified at the discretion of the Organizer, or for transmission or

Selection of Winner The winners of the Promotion will be determined for the first week, (Week 1) on Tuesday April 2nd, 2018 at 12:00 pm. You will receive a private notification on your Sports Tracker application and/or through the contact details you provided upon subscription. Once you have run either from 5 to 9,99 km (or from 3,11 to 6,21 miles), 10 to 14,99 km (from 6,22 to 9,31 miles) or over 15 kilometers (or over 9,32 miles), you will automatically be registered to take part to the random draw and get a chance to win a voucher of an amount of 45$, 90$ or 120$ which you will be able to use on our e-commerce website: salomon.com until July 31 st, These amounts are based on products associated with the distances of the Promotion, but you will have the option to choose from all Salomon products sold on our e-commerce website. The winners will be notified on Tuesday April 3rd, 2018 for the first week of the Promotion, via the Sports Tracker application, by . The prizes will be delivered to the winners on Tuesday April 3rd for week 1. Please refer to the below calendar to get more information. By entering this Promotion, you agree to such publication of your name if you are a winner. You may withdraw your consent at any time. If a winner cannot be reached within seven, 7, business days as of the date on which the Organizer first attempted to reach the winner, or if the Organizer has reasonable grounds for believing that an entrant has contravened any of these Terms, the initial winner will be considered to have forfeited their right to the prize and the Organizer is entitled to select another winner. The Organizer s decision(s) are final and no correspondence shall be entered into.

Prizes The total number of prizes awarded in the Promotion over the course of the Promotion for one country is 48 vouchers of different amounts: - 16 vouchers of 45$ - 16 vouchers of 90$ - 16 vouchers of 120$ The prizes are vouchers of 45$, 90$ or 120$. These will be randomly distributed to the 6 winners of the week per country. That means that one week you can run 5 kilometers and get a 30 voucher and that the following week, run 5 kilometers and get a 120$ voucher. Despite the different values of the vouchers, it is not considered classified as first, second or third prize. The vouchers give you the opportunity to select any Salomon product that are sold on our e- commerce website. The vouchers will be valid from the moment you receive them until July 31 st, The Prizes are personal, non-exchangeable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available, except if the prize (or any part thereof) becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond the Organizer's control, in which case Organizer may offer an alternative prize of equal or greater monetary value. To the extent not prohibited under applicable mandatory law, you will be solely responsible for all applicable taxes relating to your receipt and/or use of the prize, if applicable. The Organizer will give notifications to tax authorities and pay any taxes that it is obliged to pay in accordance with applicable mandatory law. Unless otherwise provided under applicable mandatory law or expressly stated in writing in connection with the distribution of the prize, the prize is awarded on an "as is" basis and the Organizer, nor any of its affiliates, makes any representations or warranties of any nature with respect to the prize. 6. Liability Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or in any way limit the Organizer s liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by the Organizer s negligence or any other liability to the extent the same may not be excluded or limited as a matter of law. Some jurisdictions may not permit limitations of certain rights, claims, implied warranties or types of damages. Some of the following limitations may, therefore, not apply to you. Subject to previous section, the following shall apply. To the extent permitted by applicable mandatory law, by participating in the Promotion, you agree to release the Organizer and its affiliates from any and all liability arising in any manner out of the Promotion including, without limitation, the selection of the winner, the administration of the Promotion, and the acceptance or the use of the prize or any component thereof as well as to indemnify and hold the Organizer and its affiliates harmless from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs or expenses arising from, or attributable to, any of your acts or omissions relating to the Promotion. Except in the event of gross negligence or willful misconduct, the Organizer's and/or its affiliates'

Dispute Resolution These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America. If you have a complaint relating to these Terms, we will attempt to resolve the complaint internally. Ultimately, any dispute shall be brought before the Court of first instance with jurisdiction over the place where you are a legal resident. If a dispute, conflict or controversy arising out of, or in connection with this Promotion, cannot be resolved through negotiation between the parties, the European Commission provides a platform for online dispute settlement. This gives you the opportunity to settle disputes in connection with these Terms without first engaging a court.
