ABC division has over 60,000 employees' worldwide. ABC has a responsibility to see that their employees have all of the amenities required to perform a t their work site. Gyms may not seem like a necessity, but exercise has been linked to increased energy, higher performance levels, improved concentration, aids in the reduction of stress and the effects of Pos t-traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). ABC Division plans to build a state- of- the- art gym on three of their domestic work sites at a cost of roughly SlO million.
